  3. Hi Mike, Please use the firmware that is clearly marked for those who do not have PLMs: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/16161-release-433-rc2-is-now-available/ ISY 994i Z & ZS Series (Zigbee and/or if you do NOT have a PLM) With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi val, Thank you. Just for the benefit of others: if you have a Z-Wave device with regular firmware, ISY goes to Safe Mode and thus any type of node addition fails. I upgraded Val's ISY to the one that supports Zigbee/Z-Wave and we were able to get the lock included. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Val, Please go to Tools | Generate Topology and send it to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi hbsh01, We did design and manufacture 5 of these units and they work beautifully. Currently, the only hold up is a decision from SmartLabs with regards to selling us the INSTEON chips. So, the answer is: - No, nothing new - Getting UDI PLM depends on us getting INSTEON chips from SmartLabs With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Val, Thank you. 190 + 34 (scenes) + 24 (folders) = 252. Node is anything that has an icon on your device tree to the left. ISY's max is 255. So, upgrading to pro will fix it. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Val, You don't have to return the unit. You can upgrade online (Help/Purchase Modules). Do you have any folders? With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi thurster999, Unfortunately not. So very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi val, Please also include the scenes and folders into your count. I suspect upgrading to PRO will fix this issue (support for 1024 nodes). With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Paul, Just to be clear, are you referring to the .jnlp or regular web browser? With kind regards, Michel

  14. Hi dennisric, We had this issue with another device and it turned out to be the device was reporting a nonsensical category/subcategory. Can you please go to http://your-isy.ip-address/rest/nodes/address of this device> and paste it back here? With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Marcin, If you want to use two programs (I still do not know why), then after Enable Program xx you should also call Run If on the same program. i.e. Enabling a program might not actually cause to evaluate again. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello espann, I agree with oberkc. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support to schedule a remote session. With kind regards, Michel

    HomeKit

Hi df78, Unfortunately no plans at all for HomeKit and we are forbidden to do anything with NEST (based on their development docs) since we also do Energy Management/Demand Response. So, I guess it's time to move on to the HUB. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi MasterC, Definitely in 5x branch. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi fmk2, Unfortunately the ZS series cannot talk to anything but the Smart Meter. I am sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Techman, Please note that SmartHome removed the heartbeat from the most recent version of this device. As suggested, please remove and instead use Auto Discover to link it back. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Mike, You need both the Climate and Irrigation modules. Irrigation Modes does not work without the Climate module. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi gadgetfreak, No, the light will not go off unless you have the reverse condition somewhere else to turn them off. With kind regards, Michel
