  6. Hi tosterhouse, Thank you. Since there are read only nodes, there can only be two cases when you would see those errors: 1. You have programs that are trying to do things to them 2. They send NACK to the PLM (and therefore ISY) when they are too busy or sense any type of fault With kind regards, Michel

  10. Hello, Can anyone help me? I want to use our ISYPortal (proxies to ISY as if you are talking to ISY directly) to do some tests. I do have an Amazon Echo but have not yet received developer credentials. Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  11. CLOSED! Hello everyone, With 4.3.6, we are now ready to do full beta testing for our ISYPortal which allows seamless remote access without port forwarding in the router. We need 100 volunteers. If you are interested, please: 1. Send an email with subject ISYPortal Beta 2. Include your UUID in the body 3. Makes sure the email address is the one that will be used to access ISY Highlights: 1. Account = billing account 2. Many ISYs per account - ideal for integrators and dealers 3. Many users per ISY each with different username/password combination 4. Subscriptions so that you can use Admin Console 5. Developers are welcome 6. Requires 4.3.6 Please note that this service will eventually be a paid service but beta testers will get it for free for 1 year. Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Brian, In order to have your mini remote control your devices, you MUST create scenes: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:How-To_Guide#Scenes If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team and/or submit a ticket (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello All, The recommendation by LeeG is absolutely correct. All you need to do is to use the .jnlp link which installs an icon on your desktop so that you won't need Chrome or any other browser thereafter. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Mike, Please use the firmware that is clearly marked for those who do not have PLMs: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/16161-release-433-rc2-is-now-available/ ISY 994i Z & ZS Series (Zigbee and/or if you do NOT have a PLM) With kind regards, Michel

Hi val, Thank you. Just for the benefit of others: if you have a Z-Wave device with regular firmware, ISY goes to Safe Mode and thus any type of node addition fails. I upgraded Val's ISY to the one that supports Zigbee/Z-Wave and we were able to get the lock included. With kind regards, Michel

Hi hbsh01, We did design and manufacture 5 of these units and they work beautifully. Currently, the only hold up is a decision from SmartLabs with regards to selling us the INSTEON chips. So, the answer is: - No, nothing new - Getting UDI PLM depends on us getting INSTEON chips from SmartLabs With kind regards, Michel

Hi Val, Thank you. 190 + 34 (scenes) + 24 (folders) = 252. Node is anything that has an icon on your device tree to the left. ISY's max is 255. So, upgrading to pro will fix it. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Val, You don't have to return the unit. You can upgrade online (Help/Purchase Modules). Do you have any folders? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Michel Kohanim replied to jerlands's topic in ISY994
Hi thurster999, Unfortunately not. So very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Michel Kohanim replied to val's topic in ISY994
Hi val, Please also include the scenes and folders into your count. I suspect upgrading to PRO will fix this issue (support for 1024 nodes). With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Paul, Just to be clear, are you referring to the .jnlp or regular web browser? With kind regards, Michel
