  1. Hi Teken, Yes 4.2.30 includes GEM bug fixes. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi ldrinc, You must use TCP. This said, Have you verified that you can communicate with your switch through IP2SL? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Jerry, Please do be kind enough to contact our support. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi toddhutch, MWareman is correct: both 4.3.x branch as well as 5.x branch will have improvements but the initial connection still will take at least 4 seconds. MWareman, you 4.3.x already has the improvement. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Pazium, No! We don't need the error; we need a working payload. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Pazium, Thank you. But, what we need is a payload "that works" and does not return any errors. Once we have that payload, then we can input into ISY and see whether or not we get that error. Do you have anything that can make the correct call and get Bravia to respond correctly? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Jerry, Do you have a 99 or 994? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Guys, I feel a lot better! I just wish we did know about it before our official release. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi doctorjerry, Unfortunately we were not privy to this change at all. Thankfully one of our beloved SmartHome reps noticed the issue on the forum and immediately notified us and provided us with the necessary information. We are waiting for a unit to test. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Teken, With Chrome, unfortunately you cannot go back to the previous state. Of course, we can have UDAjax and HAD updated so that the Admin Console goes to .jnlp. And, that's what we should do! With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Pazium, Unfortunately not having a complete payload of what the TV expects, we'll be playing roulette. Is there a way to get that? Do you need to provide userid/password (not device id/info)? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello all, With the new version of Chrome, Java Applets are no longer supported. As such - and to access the Admin Console - please do make sure that you use the following URLs: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp - Served from our website and will look for your ISY on the network. Please note that only the Application is served from the website and otherwise there are no other communications between the website and ISY http://your-isy-ip-address/admin.jnlp - Served from ISY. On Windows, you can use http://isy/admin.jnlp Thank you. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Pazium, Perhaps you need authorization? Does it require username and password? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello everyone, Agreed. We'll make a sticky and for chrome advise the use of the application. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Pazium, Do you have access to curl? Everything looks ok to me. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello everyone, Chrome dues require the 32bit version if you use the applet. If you use the applicatio, however, the bits are immaterial. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Pazium, The difference is that your snippet does not have quotes for the value of content-type while ISY rule does. It's definitely payload related. Are you certain the value of IRCCode is valid? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Pazium, Thank you. Please do keep me posted. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Bill, Thank you. Please do keep me posted. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Pazium, {Net Module Rule:42:500} => you are getting a status code of 500 which means internal server error. So, it does not like something in the payload. My suggestions in order of priority: 1. The contents of SOAPACTION must be in quotes ... i.e. "urn:schemas-sony-com:service:IRCC:1#X_SendIRCC" 2. Remove user-agent or use the default 3. Remove accept-encoding 4. Remove accept 5. Change connection to close With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Mark, I strongly recommend looking at Home Automation Dashboard which comes with ISY. Simply go to http://your.isy.ip.addressand under settings choose HAD for default web experience. Also, you can download both UDAJax and HAD and use them as the basis for your own development (http://www.universal-devices.com/isy-developer). With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi bipto, Admin Console regularly checks the status of ISY (busy/not) based on the events it receives. So, while you are backing up, and if you have too many events (things being queried, programs running, etc.), the background process in the Admin Console that checks for status might be closed by ISY so that backup can continue. This is especially the case if you are on a low bandwidth connection as backup takes priority over everything else. The main thing you need to make sure is that whether or not backup fails not using http. In that case, the problem might be SD Card related. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi DAlba, Xathros is correct. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Grizzy, If you are using our website URL (admin.jnlp), then every time you bring up ISY Finder, Java checks the date and certificate for all the files. If there are network issues or too much load on the server, then I can see there being a delay. You can always use the Admin Console directly from ISY using your browser (http://isy/admin) and this should be quite fast. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi David, Thanks so very much. That's fantastic!!! With kind regards, Michel
