  1. Hi GGITech, Although Zigbee devices might be plenty, they are usually not interoperable. High on our list: 1. Program/Variable enhancements (done) 2. Virtual nodes (almost done) 3. Z-Wave enhancements (next) With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi GGITech, In 4.2.x branch, scenes are INSTEON specific and, since you don't have the PLM installed, you are going to get that error. Do you plan on ever having a PLM? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Idrinc, I am so very sorry to hear. Please do be kind enough to contact our support (links below). It seems that you have a corrupted file system. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi jellis, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. I was looking up some information. Attached table describes what ISY is trying to accomplish. Please note: Allowable depletion (inches) is a calculated output from the above. This is provided as a “guide” on how much depletion to allow/water to apply. Root depth and Absorption Factor are both very important and will dramatically increase the allowable depletion. For instance, for my yard, I have: 1. Absorption Factor: 60% (on a steep slope) 2. Root Depth: 5 inches 3. Soil Type: Sandy Clay Loam Allowable depletion is 0.375 and thus water applied per cycle is 0.625 (it's multiplied by Absorption Factor). Hope this helps. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi sandpiper, I am so very sorry to hear. Now that you are back up and running, please do make sure to take a backup. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Walt N, Please submit a ticket and I would be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi mykanderson, Would you be kind enough to fill out this form? https://www.universal-devices.com/device-support/ Thanks in advance and with kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi MeDoISY, Can you please send the following to support@universal-devices.com: 1. Screenshot of the Admin Console | Help | About 2. Screenshot of the Admin Console when you click on your new 2633-222 3. Go to http://your.isy.ip.address/rest/nodes, save as a new file With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello everyone, Just a quick update on our PLM: we are still negotiating with SmartHome vis-a-vis flashing INSTEON chips. Furthermore, we are working with SmartHome to see whether or not we can address the All On issue once and for all. Unfortunately I really do not have an ETA. So very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi jellis, Yes you are correct. Can you please let me know where to find the watering instructions for your grass? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi jellis, This may be due to the fact that some stations return NULL (instead of zero) when it's not raining. We have added a workaround for this in 4.2.28 (to be out within a few minutes). The reason you cannot find the location is because you have a personal station. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi jellis, Have you tried this? http://www.universal-devices.com/tools/irrigation/calc_irr_run_time.htm With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Alex, Just wanted to let you know that it's a confirmed bug (#171) and we are going to work on it as soon as the first release of 5.x is out. Unfortunately there is no workaround. I am sorry. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello Alex, Thanks so very much. I will add this as a bug. I will check to set whether or not there's and easy fix and/or workaround and let you know. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello blueman2, Please review my other post with steps to drastically reduce the probability and possibly completely eliminate these events. As far as disclaimer, all ISYs come with a disclaimer the copy of which is also here: http://www.universal-devices.com/prod-disclaimer.pdf The same disclaimer is presented the first time you access ISY and you must have agreed to it otherwise you would get prompted every time you access the Admin Console. The disclaimer explicitly discusses use cases related to security and health. Do I think the disclaimer is sufficient? Absolutely not. Folks get ISY to automate and garage doors are natural for automation. In an ideal world we would have found a fix alas it is out of our hands. This said - and again - extensive testing has been done and we do know when this happens and thus the recommendation. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi alx9r, Thanks so very much for the details. We'll take a look immediately. This said, every time ISY's time is changed, all programs are reevaluated and since this program has no condition, it will stop unless the other program that activates this program restarts it. What you might want to do is add a comdition that is always true. For instance, a state variabe that is not ever changed. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello bfish, Teken might be correct. This said would you be kind enough to right mouse click / Z-Wave/Node Info and then send the contents of event viewer to support@universal-devices.com? Please put a link to this post in your subject. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi mgithens, Thanks so very much for the details. Appreciate it very much! With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello theedudenator, Unfortunately not. If you consistently get this error then please contact our support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Randy, Thanks so very much. Please do keep us posted with what you find out and we'll definitely consider adding support. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi ta2four, Unfortunately not possible. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi 3gdigital, Thanks so very much. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Joe, Verify means that: 1. Server - when a client (such as your app) connects to ISY, then ISY will ask for a certificate from it and the certificate must be signed by a CA that is stored in ISY (under CA) 2. Client - when ISY connects to a server (such as gmail), then ISY will ask the server for a certificate and the certificate must be signed by a CA that is stored in ISY (under CA) In most cases, Verify should not be checked unless all CAs are stored in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
