  3. Hello chris932, May I humbly suggest that you contact our tech support? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi auger66, In that case I would suspect the KPL is not writing links. A good but obtrusive test is to factory reset the KPL and then do another restore. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi auger66, If the PLM was replaced and ISY not rebooted, then PLM restore does not do much. With kind regards, Michel

Hello rkhakhar, There are no errors as far as I can see. As Techman suggested, please clear your Java cache and then retry. If you are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Xathros, Thank you. Very much looking forward to it. Do you have UPnP enabled in your ISY? I do not think this is UPnP related. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello Todd C, Please make sure your programs are NOT in a folder with conditions that might be false. If the folder condition is false, then none of the programs run in that folder will ever run. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Xathros, Thanks so very much. I looked for -101 in the code and I did find it!!! It the webserver running out of sockets. So, I still think that you are being hacked (or something is bombarding ISY). With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Wingsy, Would you be kind enough to contact our support? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Xathros, Is it -101 or perhaps it's -101xx : http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages I think your system being in being hacked. The best thing to do would be to turn debugging on do that at the least we can get the source IP address. Has anything changed in your network? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Scyto, We keep removing it but the generated alerts cause major havoc. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Scyto, You have no idea how much I appreciate this post. We spent over half a day trying to figure out the cause thinking it was related to ISY. Wireshark and all! Thank you! With kind regards, Michel

  19. Hello all, Thanks so very much for the feedback. I would like to wait till we have first release of 5.0 and based on the virtual node framework decide what we can support. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello homejones, I am so very sorry didn't receive a reply to your ticket. Would you please check your junkmail? I suspect the network cable as well or the port on your router. As Don suggested, it's quite possible that there's an option conflict as well. Please check your error log further up in time. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi breischaft, Thank you. Teken is correct: Battery operated devices go to sleep and you cannot communicate with them unless they support beaming (some don't) and you have a device or range extender that supports beaming. If all your devices are battery operated i strongly recommend a Z-Wave range extender. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi guys, Can you tell me what the dashboard shows? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi tandar, What is your latest backup? You really don't want to restore a backup with which you had problems as it would make things worse. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi breischaft, This device should work. Try excluding and then including it again. If this is the only Z-Wave device you have then it might be range related otherwise try healing the network. You can use those nodes in programs and then do things based on their status such as turning lights on and off, email/sms notifications, etc. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi MWareman, Just a note to thank you. With kind regards, Michel
