  1. Hi rebel, I am happy to report that this feature will be included in the next build. It will basically be Copy to Clipboard for all programs. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi rebel, Definitely on our list. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi madman, Such list does not exist since we support every SmartHome device with the exception of: 1. SeriaLinc 2. Energy Display As far as third party INSTEON devices, most SmartenIt devices are supported. Garage Hawk is not supported. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi costap, RF is much more sensitive to interference than power line. Again, if you are still having trouble please contact our tech support and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi flsenior, The main issue seems to be that you are using File | Enable Internet Access. This basically automates port forwarding in your router and, with it, comes a big issue: if your router reboots or if your IP address changes on the ISP side, ISY would not know anything about it and hence the need to reboot your ISY (to recreate port forwarding rules). A better approach would be to do File | Disable Internet Access and then use the instructions in the link below to create manual port forwarding rules: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Remotely_Connect_to_Your_ISY#Configuring_a_Non-UPnP_Router With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi jmac, Is this an IOLinc? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi guys, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. This is usually related to communication signal issues. It's quite possible that in your corporate network there are 3 phases and the hop count goes to 0 while trying to reach your device. In most corporate networks that I have seen, they have separate phases and even breakers for lighting vs. AC vs. something else. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support team and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi remedy1234, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, please either revert to DHCP or try 8.8.4.4 as your DNS. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi TheCoppa, This is from a long time ago: A representitive from Venstar has suggested a fix which I implemented this evening and tested. The Humidity updates on the T1700 are gone. The display on the ISY now shows 0% all the time. They said they will make a change on future T1700's. The Fix: 1. Remove the T-stat from the baseplate. 2. Looking at the PCB with the V2 adapter port faceing down, you will see where a humidity sensor could be installed on the bottom right side of the PCB (it's actually written "Humidity sensor"). Just above this area you will see two rectangular solder bumps. The component label is C32. 3. Get a soldering iron and short these two pads together with a solder bead. BTW When I removed the V2 my stability returned. All x10 fired perfectly and my keypad buttons leds are always in synch. The V2 is now installed and the ISY is controlling nicely. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Phil, Thanks. It was in my junkmail. I'll take a look and let you know. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Kush, If you have configured ISY with static IPHONE address please try reverting to DHCP. Or try using 8.8.4.4 as your DNS. With kind regards, Michel

  13. Hi jam583, I think it has to do with the firewall on your computer. Please try accessing ISY using https instead of http. If all else fails, please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team links below. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Brian, I am so very sorry to hear. Please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team links below. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Teken, Restore device reprograms the device based on the stored configuration in ISY. For scenes to work the device must have links to the PLM. If restore device fixes issues then there are two cases: 1. The device has lost its links 2. The device has been reconfigured outside of ISY ... either manual linking or otherwise With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Phil thank you. Can you please try http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp? If this also fails please do be kind enough to: 1.Change your username and password to admin/admin 2.Backup your ISY 3. Send an email to support@universal-devices.com with the link to this post and attach the backup With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi xd40, I think you replaced the new one with the old one and not the other way around. Replace function has been there for years and it should work. With kind regards, Michel

  22. Hi Waketech, This requires multi-channel support which we are currently working on. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Phil, Thank you. The problem was the naming convention. Looking at the code you should be able to replace 2456D2 with 2457D2. As a matter of fact you can interchange any of the following: 2456D2 2856D2, 2454D, 2474S, 2475D, B2457D2, 2457D2X, 2457D2X_SP So, can you please send me a screenshot of your 2457D? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Phil, I cannot find any 2456D2s in our device list. Do you mean 2456D3? If so, you should be able to switch the two. Please make sure your UI version is also 4.2.18 (Help | About). With kind regards, Michel
