Hi johnnyt, We did consider but left it in the Event Viewer. This way you can see everything and not just what we think is important. Of course if the problem happens in a span of more than a few days, then Event Viewer will not be a good solution either. With kind regards, Michel

Hi johnnyt, I think the issue is that logs only capture changes in state and not physical activity. So, if the device was off before, it really does not matter how many times you physically turn it off as those won't be logged. With kind regards, Michel

Hello rjwheele, I am so very sorry to hear. Please note that most ISPs have already disabled SSL so, if you have not yet upgraded to 4.2.18, then I strongly recommend trying that first. Hello pitbull5.0, Please upgrade to 4.2.18 especially if your mail server uses TLS. This is because most services have stopped supporting SSL and moved to TLS1.0. With kind regards, Michel

Hi jmed999, There are two cases: 1. Computer or ISY no longer have a network path to each other 2. ISY is too busy I would start with the Event Viewer to see the traffic on ISY and how busy it is. It's definitely NOT normal so there might be some programs that are going into a loop. With kind regards, Michel -

Hello smokegrub, I am not certain I understand where X10 comes in and what devices you are referring to. As far as HeartBeat, it should come every 24 hours. Do you get status updates when you open/close the door? With kind regards, Michel
