  1. Hi kevinvw, The main issue is profile ids, cluster ids, and end points that are different between Zigbee modules. So, it's really not as simple as sending a TCP packet. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi telljcl, Yes, changes to TLS1.2 and Medium (or high) strength on HTTPS Client settings are global and will definitely impact gmail/tls. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Barclay, Do you see scanning, scanning complete on the top? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi telljcl, If you have PRO, you can configure ISY for more secure settings such as TLS1.2 etc.: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Network_Security With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi smokegrub, Indeed we do: With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi larryllix, I was referring to: With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi barkster, 1. Please choose either In Home Display (IHD) or Intelligent Gateway when registering 2. Make sure you select ALL channels 3. Just to see whether or not ISY sees the meter, you can remove 0000 from the PAN ID field, and then click the binoculars to see whether or not any networks are found With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi smokegrub, Unfortunately unlike Z-Wave and INSTEON, Zigbee has probably has 100 different application flavors and some are proprietary. ISY supports only Zigbee devices that are listed here: https://www.universal-devices.com/commercial/isy-994i-z-series/ With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi ppitkin, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. I already responded to your email. Since we have to drastically change NLS (National Language Support) in ISY's firmware for 5.0, we decided not to make it more complicated by adding English versions of conditions in ISY before then. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi IM, Thank you. I think that issue was related to ISY not clearing its previous state which we fixed in 4.2.15. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi larryllix, We are working on it alas at very early stages. Will update everyone on our progress. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi mbrossart, .p12 or .pfx are encrypted with a password. So, for some reason ISY cannot decipher that these are indeed .p12/.pfx. If there's any way to get another certificate (if it's free) and send it to me to test, it would be great. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi naPS, Unfortunately not since they are Zigbee. I am sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello Robert, Please do not hesitate to contact our support. We'd be delighted to help you figure out the root cause. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi IM, How about your UI? We are going to have 4.2.15 tomorrow so would you please try it and let me know what you find? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Mark, I am so very sorry to hear. It's always best to contact our support for these issues. This said, I can think of only two things: 1. Java cache issues 2. Firewall software on your computer I would start by clearing Java cache (especially if you use ISY's local URL to get to ISY) and then go to: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.10/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello IM/TheSidewinder, Are you both on 4.2.10? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi IM, Does this mean that you had 0.05" even though it should have been 0? With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi ravedog, Correct, that's the last time ISY fetched data and it's important to make sure that there are no communication errors. We can possibly also get last update time from HAM but it has not been included in ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi ingeborgdot, Please clear your Java cache and go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.10/admin.jnlp . With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi mbrossart, Please clear your Java cache and make sure to download the dashboard again: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.10/dashboard.jnlp When you import the cert, if it does NOT ask for a password, then it's not a .pfx format and thus the reason for the failure. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Ray, I see a support ticket from you. Please reply back in case this issue has not been resolved. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi markens, Would you lease contact our tech support? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi markens, I am so very sorry to hear. Are you on a MAC by any chance? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi andrewm, I must stand corrected. LeeG just let me know that my understanding was incorrect. Already fixed. Hi LeeG, I am not sure what we would have done without you. THANK YOU. With kind regards, Michel
