Hi fitek, I am so very sorry to hear. Please do be kind enough to: 1. Remove any Z-Wave devices you have in ISY (right mouse click | Delete). 2. Z-Wave | Advanced | Factory Reset 3. Retry (with Event Viewer on level 3) 4. Send us the contents of the event viewer (support@universal-devices.com) With kind regards, Michel

Hi paulbates, Not currently but this is certainly something we have to work on since it seems that there are a lot of reliability issues with weather stations. #152 Medium. With kind regards, Michel

Hi ravedog, Yes indeed. Just a little arduous. With kind regards, Michel

Hi ravedog, I did go up all the way to the management and they promised that they were working on it. The issue seems to be related to how PWS data ends up in HAM and some transformations to cleanse and sanitize it. This said, if things are not addressed in the next 30 days, we will definitely look for another more reliable solution. As a paying customer, you are entitled to something that works and not something that's half-baked. Thanks so very much for your patience. With kind regards, Michel

Hi haroldunger, Yes, prototypes should be here by the end of the month. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Techman, thank you for 100% accurate information. Hi barkster, as Techman suggested, the first step is to make sure Centerpoint allows external HAN devices to join the meter's network. With kind regards, Michel

Hello telljcl, I am so very sorry for the dearth of information. Official and built-in support for thermostats is limited to: 1. INSTEON - It works 2. Z-Wave - It works (any) 3. Zigbee/RCS - It works All have been tested and work pretty well (except for SmartLabs thermostat). All others require third party integration. Our plans for the future are limited to protocols we support. For instance, supporting NEST would be quite problematic since a) we are denied developer access because we do energy management and it's a proprietary protocol only for one thermostat. The same applies to Aprilaire. This said, 5.0, will make it easier for third parties to integrate these devices into ISY such that it would actually look like a thermostat in ISY. With kind regards, Michel

Hi luken001_ISY994i, Here's the list of SMTP error codes: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages#SMTP_Errors It seems that connection cannot be made with the server (-5). Are you certain you are using the correct Server address and specifically Port? With kind regards, Michel

Hi Kevin, Unfortunately I am not familiar with Geohopper. Is this a raw TCP socket to which you send data or is this an HTTP socket? Can you point me to their documentation that you used to arrive at the above? With kind regards, Michel -
Hi mbrossart, You are very much correct. Alas, we do not currently support multiple zones. I am so very sorry. What I do myself is that I simply increase the runtime of zones which require more water while reducing the runtime of zones that require less. I use the water applied per irrigation cycle for the zone that takes the most amount of water and extrapolate the runtime for the ones that take the least. Not optimal but it's worked pretty well for me. With kind regards, Michel

Hi Kevin, The following will not work: GET /rest/nodes/99999/cmd/DON HTTP/1.1\x0D\x0AHOST: 192.xxx.x.x\x0D \x0AAuthorization: Basic YWRtaW46YWRtaW4=\x0D\x0A\x0D\x0A What you need is \r\n after each line. \r = carriage return and \n is new line. I think you are sending the hex codes as string and that will not work. What's your application framework? With kind regards, Michel -
Hi ravedog, Thank you. #150 low priority. With kind regards, Michel
