  1. Hi Mike, Thank you. This does not make sense: if they are indeed hidden door sensors, they should go to sleep mode and ISY should not be able to communicate with them. It seems as though ISY is programming them. Do you have any programs that use these devices either in If or Then/Else (you can use Find/Replace on My Programs). Also, please click the + button at the top to expand the tree. I cannot see whether or not there are any devices with green 1011 icons. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Jeff, I am so very sorry to hear. If this is 99i with 3.3.10 firmware, then the network connectivity issue might be related to DirecTV or Sonos (or other UPnP media renderers such as Verizon/AT&T FIOS). Do you have any? We did add a lot of preventative measures in 4.2.x versions of the firmware. Alas, they are only available in 994 series (99 was discontinued about 2 years ago). With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi MikeD, Do you have any green 1011 icons next to any of your nodes? It seems that ISY is trying to program one of your devices. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi IM, Thanks so very. Submitted to HAM. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Andrew, Sincere apologies for the confusion on my part: Again, I am so very sorry for the confusion. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Imran, All you need to do is to create an http listening socket(or configure a web server) and then put the URL to the web server/socket in element. From thereon, ISY will publish events to your server/socket. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Larry, We usually support each hardware platform for about 5 years. ISY994 has been out for about 2 years now. Your ISY99 is NOT bricked. You can still access it and if you don't want to add additional features/enhancements, you really do not need to upgrade. Modules are transferred free of charge: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-994i_Series:Migrating_To_Your_ISY-994i I am not sure where you can go to purchase older INSTEON devices As stusviews suggested, Internet connection is only needed once to download the Java app. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Andrew, Let me check into this ... I'll get back to you shortly. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi MWoods329, Currently the majority needs to be done on the Admin Console. I know MobiLinc has minimal support for simple things. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi cadmus, I am so very sorry to hear. It would be best to contact our support so that we can help you more expeditiously. In the meantime, please try the following link: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.15/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi andrewm, Ah, apologies. It should be as long as both report the same category/sub-category. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi telljcl, The TLS checkbox in SMTP settings does matter: it basically tells ISY to use TLS to negotiate with the server. Now, this said, ISY uses the parameters in HTTPS Client settings in the dashboard to negotiate a ciphersuite with the server. Have you looked at your Error Log? What error are you getting? With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Andrew, Unfortunately you cannot restore an IRLinc TX since it has two databases: one for associating buttons with signals and the other one is the regular INSTEON database. Although we can restore the latter alas not the former. I am sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello everyone, As Mike suggested, ISY is not Linux based and we do not use bash and neither do we use environment variables. Furthermore, out of concern for security, we do not parse or do anything with HTTP headers that we do not like. For instance, there's really no way to put a ping command in an http header and have ISY ping the device. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi kevinvw, The main issue is profile ids, cluster ids, and end points that are different between Zigbee modules. So, it's really not as simple as sending a TCP packet. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi telljcl, Yes, changes to TLS1.2 and Medium (or high) strength on HTTPS Client settings are global and will definitely impact gmail/tls. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Barclay, Do you see scanning, scanning complete on the top? With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi telljcl, If you have PRO, you can configure ISY for more secure settings such as TLS1.2 etc.: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Network_Security With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi smokegrub, Indeed we do: With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi larryllix, I was referring to: With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi barkster, 1. Please choose either In Home Display (IHD) or Intelligent Gateway when registering 2. Make sure you select ALL channels 3. Just to see whether or not ISY sees the meter, you can remove 0000 from the PAN ID field, and then click the binoculars to see whether or not any networks are found With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi smokegrub, Unfortunately unlike Z-Wave and INSTEON, Zigbee has probably has 100 different application flavors and some are proprietary. ISY supports only Zigbee devices that are listed here: https://www.universal-devices.com/commercial/isy-994i-z-series/ With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi ppitkin, Sincere apologies for tardy reply. I already responded to your email. Since we have to drastically change NLS (National Language Support) in ISY's firmware for 5.0, we decided not to make it more complicated by adding English versions of conditions in ISY before then. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi IM, Thank you. I think that issue was related to ISY not clearing its previous state which we fixed in 4.2.15. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi larryllix, We are working on it alas at very early stages. Will update everyone on our progress. With kind regards, Michel
