  1. Hi markens, The issue is related to an old insteon.jar on your system. What you need to do: 1. Close all browsers 2. Java Console | View | Choose Resources from the drop down | Ctrl + A to select them all and then X to delete them all 3. http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.10/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi MikeBro, I am not sure what issue you are referring to. The issue is related to: 1. Using ISY99 default Admin Console for which the certificate has expired .. the solution is to use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i//admin.jnlp 2. Using a link that's old with an expired certificate ... the solution is the same as #1 If you are still having problems, please do contact our support. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi jmed999, The reason was that the first patch was only for national stations and not PWS. The second patch (7:00 PM CDT yesterday + one tomorrow) was/is for PWS stations. Here's an update from HAM: With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Andrew, From ISY perspective, high watermark is a record with all zeros. As you can see, ISY has all 0s and the device does not. This means that the last restore was not successful. Why would we not flag this as a mismatch when the record should be all zeros and we do know that the last restore was not successful? With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi ravdog, I agree wholeheartedly. To be honest, not one week goes by without me learning something from LeeG. But, then again, why learn? LeeG, thanks AS ALWAYS. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Dale, I am so very sorry to hear. Would you be kind enough to contact our support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello apostolakisl and LeeG, Thanks so very much for the feedback. I think we all agree that a) we should put on level/ramp rate as adjustable properties for devices. As far as the naming convention and the proposed solution, I must humbly disagree with the approach outlined by apostolakisl as it makes things much more complicated. I think the best thing to do would be to have a little help button or popup that describes what a scene is. i.e. a scene is either an ISY scene or a controller within an ISY scene. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hell Andrew/Xathros, Although that might be the case, but a high watermark is a record with all zeros. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello all, More updates from HAM: Please note that we use filter=allstations and therefore the actual updates for this will be published this evening. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello RLIKWARTZ, Yes, definitely. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello johnmsch, Please note that you do NOT need to purchase new hardware if this is the only issue you have. All you need to do is to go to: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.10/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  12. apostolakisl, With all due respect, I think you are confusing two things: 1. Local on level and ramp rate ... these are not listed because of historical reasons (air-gap) 2. Adjusting on level and ramp rate when a device is part of a scene: -- In case that device is the controller of the scene, then on level and ramp rate is for "itself" ... this is why you see "Applied Locally" in the scene view I do not see any issues whatsoever with what we currently have. What we are missing are on level/ramp rate for device when adjusted outside of the scene. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Neil, Unfortunately we have never tested ISY with EZComm ... I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi EricK, If this button is in a scene as a responder to other controllers, then it's quite possible that those devices are turning this button on/off. In all cases, please do contact our tech support team (links below) and Steve would be able to help you or let you know what might be going on otherwise. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi fitek, Thank you. Got your email and responded. Can you please let me know how many non-battery operated devices you have? You are also welcome to reply back to my email. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Steven, Unfortunately not. At the moment, intermediate certificates must be installed in the browser. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi MikeAtTheLake, Please upgrade to 4.2.10 and retry: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/13892-release-4210-rc4-is-now-available/ Here are the instructions for setting up certificates: http://www.universal-devices.com/docs/ISY994%20Series%20Network%20Security%20Guide.pdf With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello everyone, thanks so very much for the feedback. Here's an update from HAM With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Steven, You are probably trying to do this over an SSL connection. Please try it on a regular http connection. Hi LeeG, ISY does indeed support 2048 bit RSA keys. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi IndyMike, thank you. We are investigating other solutions. It's really not fair to you all to have to deal with this issue on a daily basis. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Neil, Unfortunately and with sincere apologies we have not tested this new PLM with ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Paul, Thanks so very much for the update. This is precisely what HAM is grappling with as well. Hopefully their new algorithm is going to make things a little more accurate. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi io_guy, Thanks so very much and I think it would be wonderful. The main issue is that we have to open up Irrigation variables to external events which is something we should do. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi edokid, Have you upgraded to 4.2.10? Programs are color coded based on their status so you don't have to go back and forth. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Oronomous, Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support in case we can be of any assistance. With kind regards, Michel
