  1. Hello mikeyngo, No problem at all ... these things tend to be confusing. What you need is Network Resources Module (Help | Purchase Modules on the Admin Console). Once you have that, then your ISY can communicate with Autelis (as per their instructions). Once integrated, then you can use ISY programs to do anything you wish including having one of your INSTEON devices control the shades and/or use the web interface to control your shades. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello swbrains, IES used to work with ISY but I am not sure of the status now. Have you contacted Howard at IES? Above and beyond IES, I am not aware of any other touch panels. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello bipto, Thanks so very much. For that button in the Admin Console, if you keep on clicking it, does the status change in the Admin Console (only for that node) from on to off and vice versa? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello bipto, It seems that your buttons are being activated as non-toggle (you can only send ON and not OFF). I am very sorry to have to ask this question: are you certain you were following the instructions for toggle mode. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello RussD, THANKS so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi mikeyngo, The link BrianH sent you works with RF Somfy systems/ISY. Also, Autelis has a solution: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=8816 With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello flemingmike, Pro and non-Pro version use the the same exact code base and thus I really do not think the problem is related to the upgrade. What happens if you unplug the PLM and then plug it back in? With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello jmed999, Apologies for tardy reply. Ignored messages are completely benign and acceptable (ISY is just letting you know that the device sent the same message twice which is always the case for RF/dual band devices). And, I would not worry about the Ack error. What I would worry about is that you have only one hop left between messages. This indicates that the signals keep hopping between devices and never reach their destination. The main questions are: 1. How many phases do you have? 2. Are you certain that the phases are bridged properly? 3. How big is your venue and how many devices in total do you have on each phase? With kind regards, Michel
  9. jmed99, I meant that those errors you see in the event viewer might actually mean: got two ACKs for the same device. Are these RF/dual band devices? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi brausse, Verified as a bug and it's already fixed. The problem happens with ST of 0 and 255 only. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello jmed999, Do you have communication errors with the device for which you have those messages? What you see on your event viewer is not accurate. RF devices, they send the same message more than once and, in some cases, ISY prints (for a different device) incorrectly. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi kevinvw, Unfortunately freezing a scene means removing the device from all controllers it's associated to/linked with. It's a very time consuming endeavor (it would take approximately the same amount of time as when you added it to the scene). With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hello brausse, Can you tell me which SMTP settings you are using? The default, your own, or google? With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello RussD, Wow, this is excellent. Thanks SO very much. Would it be possible at all to export your network resources so that we can put a link to them on our Wiki? Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Teken, I really do hope so and all indications are pointing to this date. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Steve, You probably have IOLinc in momentary mode: this means that the IOLinc will not send its status when the momentary duration lapses. So, when the query comes, you get the correct status and thus the notification. Query all is specifically for these scenarios. With kind regards, Michel

bmiller, Please go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp . With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello flemingmike, You can use Network Resources to communicate with those in a one way form. We do not have any other plans. With kind regards, Michel

Hello jesselockwood, I am so very sorry to hear about all the problems you have had and thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Mr. Armstrong, Here's what I got back from Davis Instruments: With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi jkraus, I do not have that problem here ... With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Steve, As oberkc observed, it's very difficult to debug without knowing the conditions. My recommendation is to remove the condition on the folder and see if - at the least - you get consistent results. I suspect the folder condition turns false somehow. Also, another approach is to look at the Program Summary tab when this happens and note the status of the programs/folders. An, also, you could use email notifications for cases where something should've happened but didn't. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi jkraus, Are you certain? I just checked and it worked. What do you get? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello osurh18, I am so very sorry to hear. It's usually best (and most efficient) to contact our support to help you out. Can you tell me the status of the lights on the front of the unit? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Corey, I tried a google search and could not find any references to Denon APIs anywhere. I am so very sorry. With kind regards, Michel
