  1. Hi binaryman, If your programs are still running, then it must be the Java cache issue. Please try: 1. Clear your Java Cache 2. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp .. this will install an icon on your desktop that you can use to get to ISY without the need for a browser With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi MARosen, 401 = Authorization failed. Are you sure you have the correct userid/password in the path? With kind regards, Michel
  3. Thank you. Just sent them an email. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi boatfevor, You do need the Network Module. Once you have that, please take a look at: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=6263 And, examples in http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... _Resources With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Steve, Please copy and paste one of the programs for which you have this problem. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello MARosen, Protocol=http Method=GET Host=MYURL Port=MYPORT Path=/set_alarm.cgi?motion_armed=1&motion_sensitivity=2&motion_compensation=1&input_armed=1&mail=1&upload_interval=5&schedule_enable=0&user=MYUSER&password=MYPASSWORD You do not need anything else checked. For timeout, I would leave it at 1000 ms (1 second). With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello Mr. Armstrong, Thanks so very much for the detailed explanation. That's really not a good solution and I wonder why a weather station as sophisticated as Davis does not have an network device and requires a computer. If you have contact information for whom I should send my suggestions to at Davis, please do let me know and I will send them my suggestion at once. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello Autoplt, Unfortunately ISY does not yet support any WiFi communicating thermostats. With kind regards, Michel
  9. stillen_i30, Yes, indeed there is. Read on ... jay5, Wait can be interrupted. i.e. if the condition turns false, then ISY exists the wait and the program stops. So, you are not going to have that condition. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Michel Kohanim replied to jdunne's topic in ISY994
Hi jdunne, The problem is that the Wait statement can be interrupted and, in fact, it's being interrupted. By this I mean that when the condition turns false (say, it's no longer 11:00 PM + grace period), then ISY will interrupt the Wait that it was waiting on and stops the program altogether. I suspect some of your zones are not being watered either. If you have to use Wait statements, then what you need to do is to make another program WITHOUT any conditions and have this program call Run Then on it. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hello hbsh01, Just got them today. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Tim, thanks so very much. Please do let me know if we can be of any assistance. Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi stillen_i30, Just to be sure, did you follow the instructions here to add your ML: http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/ ... orningLinc With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hello apostolakisl, Any reason why you are not using a group for emails? The way you have it now means ISY will send separate emails for each recipient. With a group, it's just a cc to all. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi glase, Can you tell me what port forwarding rules you have? It seems that 443 is used by your router for remote management. So, we will have to port forward to a different port. Is it 44433? If so, what do you get when you to to https://75.xx.xx.xx:44433 on your browser? With kind regards, Michel

Hello smontclair, Please contact sales@universal-devices.com and we'll try to help as much as we can to get you back up and running. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello stillen_i30, Two comments: 1. The way you have your program is correct and you do not need variables 2. Instead of having 4 Notification entries (which means ISY is going to send 4 different emails), simply add all four emails to one group (Configuration | Email & Notifications). You can have as many recipients as you wish per group. This way, ISY will send only one email and put all recipients on copy. Then you can have different groups for different scenarios As far as variables, my rule is this: 1. You need to count something 2. You need an event that is not directly tied into status of devices or other events With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello Exten, The main hint for you is that Wait and Repeat can be interrupted. This means that if you have a Wait statement and if the condition turns to false, then the Wait is interrupted and the program exists. So, you might want something like this: If [Your time condition] And Status Coffee Pot is not Off Then Repeat Every Minute Send Notification to xx content yy With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hello hlaiii, That's not surprising! We'll have to take a closer look and see why the option does not remain checked. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello glase, Can you get to https://75.xx.xx.xx on your browser? With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello mydod, Yes, 994 series is packed with energy management features such as Open ADR, support for multiple Brultech ECM1240s, flex alert. On the other hand, if you already have a ZWave thermostat, it would best to wait for our ZWave solution. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Xathros, Looks good! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi glase, Two recommendations: 1. Go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp ... this will install an icon for the Admin Console. When Admin Console comes up, minimize it, then go to ISY Finder, click on the Add button and then enter the remote IP address (i.e. https://your.isp.ip.address). Click OK and then close the Admin Console. Restart the Admin Console again by using the icon on your desktop and then double click on the https entry 2. You can use MobiLinc Connect module which bypasses your router altogether With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Exten, To register for beta, please go to: http://sales.universal-devices.com/my-account and register. With kind regards, Michel

Hi smontclair, Unfortunately I think the network chip is gone. Have you tried: 1. Using a different cable? 2. Try a different port on the router? With kind regards, Michel
