  1. Hello Redrox, To turn on/off KPL backlights, you have to put them in a scene and then use your programs to turn on/off the scene. If you want to have buttons turn on/off mutually exclusive from one another, then you will have to use Mutual Exclusive Buttons. Please note that this will ONLY work if you have only one KPL. As soon as you have another controller in the scene, this will not work. With kind regards, Michel
  2. HokiePerogi, First of all, thanks for finding the spelling mistake. Questions: 1. Are you local to your ISY? (you have to be) 2. Do you get asked to authenticate in the Config Utility? It seems that The Config utility cannot communicate with ISY; this has nothing to do with the domain name you choose. Please do let me know. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hello HokiePerogi, With pleasure ... an update should be available by early next week. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hello SysIntegrated, Unfortunately, you are not that lucky [yet]. The second serial port is used for Administrative purposes using a text based shell through Hyperterminal. We do have plans to support other serial interfaces in the near future. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Ray, Thanks to you we found two very important bugs which are going to be in the next drop: 1. Backup would fail in less than optimal network conditions 2. Programs Details would crash if the Address of any Node was less than 8 characters long Thank you so very much! I do appreciate all your help, support, and patience. With kind regards,
  6. raypanic, I wouldn't worry about it since, based on your date of purchase, I assume you have the latest PLM (v 2.75) which supports 2000+ links. All you have to do is to verify the label on your PLM. Even if you have an older version of the PLM, you should still be able to backup your configuration unless there's something wrong. I already sent you an email with the possible next steps. With kind regards, Michel
  7. raypanic, I am so very sorry for the issues you've been experiencing. I suspect that you had a corrupt file (node 131) which should never happen. I am glad that you have your latest backup as we are going to fix this problem using manual intervention (telnet). Please do be kind enough to create a problem ticket (http://www.universal-devices.com/contact.htm) and a good time to call you on Sunday the 9th after 1:00 PM PST. I shall personally call you and fix this issue. Before the call, please do be kind enough to restore your ISY using your last good backup. Again, please accept my apologies, With kind regards, Michel
  8. Andrew, If you are using 2.6.2, there are NO logos on the initial screen. You would only get the logo if you click on the Administrative Console link. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello gmurch, How is it going? Are we back to normal? With kind regards, Michel

hi aLf, First of all, I'd like to again apologize for this bug; it was something that we should've caught but we didn't. Now, the easiest way for me would be: 1. Have ISY send you a notification whenever Away becomes false 2. Use release 2.7 (when available), use a regular mobile phone, login to your ISY, and then turn the program back on In short, no guarantee is better than aLf intervention! With kind regards, Michel Now in case of
