  1. az1234, Please see my responses below. With kind regards, Michel Not yet but in our list Yes: 1. Link Management->Start Linking 2. Tap as many devices as you would like 3. When done, click on the Cancel button No and, at the moment, we do not have such plans I am not going to make any comments on the level of triviality, but this is planned for our Triggers 2.0 release Not yet ...
  2. HokiePerogi, It seems that you have Java Cache issues. Please do: Control Panel->Java->Settings (button)->Delete Files (button) Let me know if this takes care of the problem. With kind regards, Michel

jbredz28, If they are part of a scene, and if this is KPL 1.5 and above, then this is normal. Otherwise, please make sure you do not have any programs that turn them off. Please note that ISY does not do anything special with All on/off except to send the command to all on group. With kind regards, Michel
  4. skerke, So very glad to hear it and thanks so very much for the update. With kind regards, Michel

Hello jbredz28, Apologies for the inconvenience. Please choose RC5 remote codes such as those for Phillips and Marantz. Please do let me know if you are still experiencing problems. With kind regards, Michel
  6. skerke, Yes! With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello HokiePerogi, I can see you come in ... so far we haven't crashed! As far as having to do multiple requests, it might be because I am in debug mode and thus too slow. But, I will check into it ... Thanks so very much, With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi, Thanks again for trying ... I had to bring down our ISY this morning. Please try again https://udi.isy-mobile.com With kind regards, Michel

Bernhard, Thanks so very much for the info and quite impressed by your use of JSDK and ISY. This requirement is already on our list of todos with Medium priority so you should see it either in our final 2.7 (within a month) or in 2.8 (within 3 months). Thanks again and with kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello dear Blackberry/ISY users! I think we have solved most, if not all, the lockup issues. As such - and before we release the next drop - would you be kind enough to try your device on https://udi.isy-mobile.com (admin/admin) and let me know if you experience any lockups. Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  11. Brignolo and upstatemike, Yes, it will be supported shortly. We actually have a working version here which we are debugging. With kind regards, Michel Mike, That would be great to know. Are you going to run the touch screen controller with an ADDITIONAL PLM? I have another ISY here as well as a PLM and I often wondered if they would play nice on my network. Let me know! Joe
  12. Redrox, Do you have any firewall software? With kind regards, Michel I am getting the exact same error messages and I am logged in locally. Any idea what this could be?
  13. Hello Redrox, To turn on/off KPL backlights, you have to put them in a scene and then use your programs to turn on/off the scene. If you want to have buttons turn on/off mutually exclusive from one another, then you will have to use Mutual Exclusive Buttons. Please note that this will ONLY work if you have only one KPL. As soon as you have another controller in the scene, this will not work. With kind regards, Michel
  14. HokiePerogi, First of all, thanks for finding the spelling mistake. Questions: 1. Are you local to your ISY? (you have to be) 2. Do you get asked to authenticate in the Config Utility? It seems that The Config utility cannot communicate with ISY; this has nothing to do with the domain name you choose. Please do let me know. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello HokiePerogi, With pleasure ... an update should be available by early next week. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello SysIntegrated, Unfortunately, you are not that lucky [yet]. The second serial port is used for Administrative purposes using a text based shell through Hyperterminal. We do have plans to support other serial interfaces in the near future. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Ray, Thanks to you we found two very important bugs which are going to be in the next drop: 1. Backup would fail in less than optimal network conditions 2. Programs Details would crash if the Address of any Node was less than 8 characters long Thank you so very much! I do appreciate all your help, support, and patience. With kind regards,
  18. raypanic, I wouldn't worry about it since, based on your date of purchase, I assume you have the latest PLM (v 2.75) which supports 2000+ links. All you have to do is to verify the label on your PLM. Even if you have an older version of the PLM, you should still be able to backup your configuration unless there's something wrong. I already sent you an email with the possible next steps. With kind regards, Michel
  19. raypanic, I am so very sorry for the issues you've been experiencing. I suspect that you had a corrupt file (node 131) which should never happen. I am glad that you have your latest backup as we are going to fix this problem using manual intervention (telnet). Please do be kind enough to create a problem ticket (http://www.universal-devices.com/contact.htm) and a good time to call you on Sunday the 9th after 1:00 PM PST. I shall personally call you and fix this issue. Before the call, please do be kind enough to restore your ISY using your last good backup. Again, please accept my apologies, With kind regards, Michel
  20. Andrew, If you are using 2.6.2, there are NO logos on the initial screen. You would only get the logo if you click on the Administrative Console link. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello gmurch, How is it going? Are we back to normal? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Michael, Would you be kind enough to change the condition to >40% and I'd like to make sure it's not status "value" related issue. Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  23. Hello, Can you copy/paste your program here? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Michel Kohanim replied to aLf's topic in ISY994
aLf, I think your logic would work (especially after reboot) but I must defer the final answer to Chris! With kind regards, Michel
  25. Michel Kohanim replied to aLf's topic in ISY994
hi aLf, First of all, I'd like to again apologize for this bug; it was something that we should've caught but we didn't. Now, the easiest way for me would be: 1. Have ISY send you a notification whenever Away becomes false 2. Use release 2.7 (when available), use a regular mobile phone, login to your ISY, and then turn the program back on In short, no guarantee is better than aLf intervention! With kind regards, Michel Now in case of
