  1. kcshipley, We'll check into it ... thanks for reporting it. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Ed, Apologies for the confusion. We are working on adding more features to the simple HTML interface and I have added your requirement in our list. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Yes, In the program summary, click on the desired program and from the drop down list choose Run. With kind regards, Michel
  4. edfinely, That's part of our Triggers 2.0 plan ... With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hello edfinley, Unfortunately not at the moment since we do not maintain the states of scenes . There's a requirement to do so and we are investigating it. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello kcshipley, So, it works with non-X10 scenarios? Thanks and with kind regards,
  7. Hello All, 2.7 Beta release is now available. If interested, please send an email to support@universal-devices.com With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello again! Would you be kind enough to test your notifications with an INSTEON condition and let me know if it works? Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello kcshipley, It's been a while! Configurable text is planned for our Triggers 2.0 release. As far as not receiving notifications at all, then we have to figure out if the actual conditions are true. Are there any specific cases where notifications are not sent or is this for ALL cases? With kind regards, Michel
  10. upstatemike, Please also note we witnessed a Christmas tree using KPL version 1.5 and 1.6 (under some conditions, they would active/deactivate their groups on their own). Please make sure your KPLs are not 1.5/1.6. With kind regards, Michel That might fix it but it won't help me understand why it broke... I am scanning the raw link tables of the switches now with PowerHome to see exactly what is in there. Next I will remove all the devices from the group and watch them separately for any unexpected activation. Later in the week I will create the group again and see if I still have the problem.
  11. hahnt, Unfortunately we do not support customized text for your messages [yet]. That's planned as part of our Triggers 2.0 release. With kind regards, Michel
  12. jeff-lines, I now fully understand what you have in mind! Programs are not frowned upon. The only statement is: If you wish to do something that INSTEON can do for you natively, then use INSTEON the most example of which is creating scenes: you can use programs to do what INSTEON scenes do but it's just a waste of resources. For what you have in mind, and since this is a one to one relationship, you can use programs as you have outlined. With kind regards, Michel
  13. jeff-lines, Thanks for the feedback! The main problem is that the All on/off buttons on CL/RL impact any device which was previously linked to any other of their buttons. Therefore, even if you have a program, the All on/off will still turn all the previously linked devices on/off and thus might cause infinite loop. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Rod, Good question and something that we had to think about when designing and thus chose SD Card as the medium for storage. SD Card, as you suggested, last about 100,000 write/erase/delete operations and millions of reads. Normal life expectancy, if you upgraded your ISY every day, would be 3 years. The other advantage is that you can simply replace the SD card in case it become defective (make sure you have your latest backup). With kind regards, Michel

    How long?

Hi All, If the Java cache is on, then it should take less time. In all cases though, it all depends on the ISP and upload speed (not download). Sometimes up to a minute if your upload speed is at 128K. With kind regards, Michel
  16. f11, Please do be kind enough to send an email to support@universal-devices.com and I'll put you on the beta list. With kind regards, Michel
  17. f11, Yes, on any phone! We are working on it as we speak and may be partial functionality in 2.7 Beta. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Joe, I wished I could help you but this topic is well beyond my level of expertise. This said, however, I would love to know the answer (if you arrive at one). With kind regards, Michel
  19. All Thanks so very much for your kind words; I am at a loss at how to respond so please consider my silence as millions of thanks! AD8BC: you don't have to move to CA; we all work remotely! With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello aLf, I think you have already described the solution so, the logic is If ( Status light 1 is > 0ff Or Status light 2 is > Off Or Status light 3 is > Off ...... all your lights ) AND Program Away mode is true (reuse your away program) Then Send Notification to all With kind regards, Michel
  21. jgraziano, Unfortunately I don't think we'll have enough time to do both. We shall see ... With kind regards, Michel
  22. upstatemike, Yes if and only if you had not imported those links (using the third option on the link management). With kind regards, Michel
  23. blartyo, Yes, you are correct! With kind regards, Michel

    New PLM

Brignolo, If you have a very large installation, then obviously you need it. Otherwise, if you are not experiencing PLM lockups or intermittent communications, you really don't need it. With kind regards, Michel Joe
