  1. Typically, after an update of firmware and PG3, you need to reboot to complete the process. Then when you sign in to PG3 you will see a notice at the bottom of the screen that PG3 needs to be restarted. Try rebooting again and see if that clears up your issue.
  2. Besides what @Geddysuggests, it might be necessary to delete your "state" files. Look in the wiki if you need directions.
  3. If I double-tap the Launcher. I get the message “Not Found” twice, once apparently for each of two networks. But, after acknowledging each message, the addresses for each network appear. When a LAN address js selected the Admin Console appears for the LAN. All appears well at that point. You can correct this issue by clearing your Java cache being sure to check all 3 boxes. Next you need to download a new start.jnlp and run it. This will download and place a new IoX Launcher on your desktop. You mention in your post you deleted files, but you need to do it again and download new start.jnlp. The link is in wiki.
  4. There were issues with the discovery process and UD made improvements in how IoX Launcher discovers eisy/Polisy. Which is why a new start.jnlp needed to be downloaded.
  5. It wasn't supposed to stop that from happening, since it is a normal condition. There were issues with the discovery process and UD made improvements in how IoX Launcher discovers eisy/Polisy. If it finds the device by local host and IP address, they will both be listed and both will work. Since this is normal, it shouldn't be of concern.
  6. The fix is in the start.jnlp file. It needs version numbers that are stored there and allows IoX Launcher to match the version of firmware.
  7. @kalman8, when you go to clear your Java cache, are you checking all 3 boxes? You need to download a new copy of start.jnlp, not run a previously downloaded copy. Are downloading a new start.jnlp?
  8. DennisC replied to andrew77's topic in IoX Support
@Geddyis correct about this issue impacting several people last week. The fix is too clear your Java cache, making sure to check all 3 boxes, then download a new start.jnlp from UD's website. The link to start.jnlp is in the wiki. After running start.jnlp a new IoX Launcher will be added to your desktop. This should clear up your issue.
  9. Doesn't really matter, if you want to use node server and/or native notification support in UD Mobile, you will need to upgrade to eisy. You can not install v5 6.2 firmware on an ISY 994.
  10. ISY 994 can not upgrade past v5.3.4 or 5.0.16c, depending on if you are using Zwave and which board you have.
  11. The ISY is at end of life, there is no more development for it.
  12. Last week I had a backup repeatedly fail on a Polisy. I received a similar error, but on a different file. Not sure if it is the same situation, but support told me to say in and delete the file as it was probably corrupt. Afterwards, my backup worked fine.
  13. Yes, go to Home, click on your unit, and then Devices and Scenes. From there just click the + at the top of page and follow screen instructions. UD Mobile instructions are also in the Wiki
  14. Try clearing your Java cache making sure to check all 3 boxes and download a new start.jnlp from UD site. The link is in Wiki.
  15. Look down at the bottom of your screenshot and you will see PG3x Restart Required. You need to reboot Polisy.
  16. Is the light on the front of eisy? Have you tried power cycling your eisy? Do you use UD Mobile and if so, is that working?
  17. A couple of things to check: In PG3x, go to IoX Configuration menu, at the top, you should see your ISY uuid & a check mark. If you don't try clicking Auto Discover IoX's. If that doesn't work, you can add your system manually. IP should be 127.0.0.1 & port 8080, then add user name & password. Highlight HTTP at the bottom & Save.
  18. No worries, if that didn't work use the format below and replace the x's with your IP address. https://xxx.xxx.x.xxx:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt When it displays the html screen, search for udx.
  19. Are you using IoX Launcher to access admin console?
  20. Also, did you install the Notification plugin as required in the UD Mobile instructions? https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=UD_Mobile#Notifications_Tab
  21. Have you tried rebooting?
  22. What is the "latest" IoX and PG3x to you? What platform are you on and what were you doing to get the message?
  23. I would suggest doing a reboot.
  24. UD has fixed the "not found" error. If you are experiencing issues, clear Java (all 3 boxes) and download a new start.jnlp.
