  1. What you are seeing is correct. The password to login after the portal login is your eisy login. If that doesn't work, make sure its not a browser cache issue by clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work, I have found removing power from eisy, after a proper shutdown, helps.
  2. The only other suggest I can offer is have you looked in the node server log and PG3 log for errors? IF that doesn't help, I would suggest tagging the node server developer for help.
  3. After installing a node server, it needs to be configured in PG3. It is possible your previous configuration settings were lost in the upgrade. Check under the Configuration tab for the node server in question and compare what is required in the help text to what you have configured to insure all is correct. Did you have the admin console open during the upgrade, if so, you must close the admin console and restart it for the changes to be shown. While I don't use this node server, I found the following instructions in the readme file: Installation IMPORTANT: The latest harmony hub firmware broke access, you must manually enable xmpp for each hub in the Harmony App: https://community.logitech.com/s/question/0D55A00008D4bZ4SAJ/harmony-hub-firmware-update-fixes-vulnerabilities Connect to one of your Hubs in the Harmony App Select Menu -> Harmony Setup -> Add/Edit Devices & Activities Select Remote & Hub -> Enable XMPP Do this for every hub. Make sure your Harmony Hubs have a static IP assigned. The nodeserver can not re-find the hub if it changes IP addresses. This may be fixed in the future. Backup Your ISY in case of problems! Really, do the backup, please Go to the Polyglot Store in the UI and install. Add NodeServer in Polyglot Web Open the admin console (close and re-open if you had it open) and you should see a new node 'HarmonyController' The auto-discover should automatically run and find your hubs and add them. Verify by checking the nodeserver log. If it doesn't then Select the HarmonyController node and click the 'Discover'. While this is running you can view the nodeserver log in the Polyglot UI to see what it's doing This should find your Harmony Hubs and add them to the ISY with all devices and activities if your Harmony Hub and Polyglot are on the same subnet. If they are not, then you can manually add the hub address as described in the next section, Once all nodes are added you will need to close and re-open the admin console the new custom profile is loaded.
  4. Did you confirm the configuration for the node server is correct in PG3. Did you try selecting the Discover button on the page in your screenshot and then close and restart admin console?
  5. Glad you got it working.
  6. Not sure I fully understand what you are saying. Even a disabled device would show up in UD Mobile. Are you saying a disabled device was not showing up and when you enabled it, it still didn't show up? What kind of device, Insteon or Zwave? You could try rebooting Polisy and after the restart, syncing UD Mobile again.
  7. Assuming when you say ISY, you are referring to an ISY994 unit. What firmware did you upgrade to and did you download a new copy of stat.jnlp after clearing Java cache? ISY firmware has not been updated in some time, so know what you started with and what you upgraded to will help us help you.
  8. Which UD device? If Polisy or eisy, use the multi function button to do a shutdown and then restart the unit manually. Check the user guide wiki to determine the correct number of button presses for your unit.
  9. Have you been reading the migration posts? Do you have devices that are different then what others have said work/don't work? I would suggest the only way to do a dry run would be to purchase duplicates of your most critical devices and add them as new devices. Then you could see what works and where the holes are.
  10. The Polyglot store is accessed from a link in the menu of PG3, which is installed on eisy and Polisy. See instructions in the UD wiki user guide. A Google search will take you there.
  11. From the ISY Cookbook, this is how you can access Dashboard: 21.6.1.2Logging into ISY dashboard • If you do not have Java installed, please install the latest for your platform. You may find the latest Java downloads at http://www.java.com/getjava. Please choose the latest JRE for your platform. o Note: you need Java 1.8 and above • If you have ISY994i Series, go to http://isy.universaldevices.com/994i/dashboard.jnlp • If your model number does not have i after 994, please go to http://isy.universaldevices.com/994/dashboard.jnlp
  12. Interesting, take a look at this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i_Series_INSTEON:Electricity Sounds like a mistake. Have you ever looked in the Dashboard? The following was in the link I posted (bold format is mine, looks like it can be disabled): Enable Flex your Power in the Configuration tab under Electricity. 60 second polling interval should suffice. Just like any other event, in your programs, you can check the status of Flex Your Power. Enabled = you should cut back on your energy use. Based on Flex your Power status turn on/off your devices/scenes.

    Zigbee support?

At this point in time, that sounds like a wise decsion.

    Zigbee support?

Don't know if the date still holds, but I found this on the eisy page in UD store: Device Support INSTEON Support – Requires a PLM (not included): 2413S, 2413U, or 24487U. If you are using 2413S (serial/RS232), then you will need our Serial PLM Kit Z-Wave Support – Requires our ZMatter USB dongle (not included) Zigbee / Matter Support – Requires our ZMatter USB dongle (not included). Zigbee and Matter support will not be available till 03/2023 100s of other devices and services are supported through our awesome and vetted third-party developed node servers (plugins). Here’s the list
  15. What Electricity Tab? I don't recall that being native to ISY, that's why I asked to see your modules purchased list. If you purchased it directly from UD, I'm wondering if it was some type of test unit for the energy monitoring program. As @Geddyindicated, you will need to open a support ticket and be sure to give them your uuid # from the Help - About menu. You might also want to include information about your purchase, at least what you can remember, or if you have the ticket #.

    Zigbee support?

All I have seen UD post about Zigbee is it is coming later. No time frame given.
  17. Can you list the modules indicated on your help - about page?
  18. I would suggest, if you haven't yet, try a shutdown/restart first. If that doesn't work then I don't think there is another option except changing location. You might get luck and find a location close enough that it has the same sunrise/sunset hours. I would also suggest opening a support ticket with your location information so UD is aware of an issue with your specific location. I opened a support ticket regarding programs not running until the next day on Polisy.
  19. I found this via google: OUR MISSION. Flex Your Power is California's statewide energy efficiency marketing and outreach campaign. I searched this forum out of curiosity and found this thread: The current url for this project appears to be: https://www.flexalert.org/ That brings up were you located in California and part of some program or monitoring energy use?
  20. That's fine, but remember, the ISY994 is at end of life and will have no new development, and support is due to end sometime in the near (end of year?) future. I don't remember the exact date. Current model is eisy. From my perspective, it is better to make a planned change rather then wait and have a failure of some type.
  21. PG3 supports node developer's being able to charge for their work. Polisy now runs PG3, so yes, I believe a Portal account is required.
  22. Previously, I posted that both my eisy and Polisy updated based on DST correctly. While that is true, none of my time based programs on Polisy ran on 3/12. They automatically started running on their own at midnight on 3/13. Time based programs ran correctly on eisy.
  23. New to what? Do you have any Universal Devices equipment, if so what? If you do have UD equipment, welcome to the forum. Tells us a bit more about your existing set up and what you would like to accomplish.
  24. Did you see the notice to restart PG3? That's done within PG3, from the top menu. If you still have issues after that you might want to tag bpwwer.
  25. If you are convinced the PLM is good, then you are left with a ad cord or a bad connection. Try a proper shutdown of eisy using the multi function button, you can find directions in wiki. Unplug PLM and all of the cables. Inspect every connection and reattach. Plug PLM in first, wait a minute and plug in eisy. If that doesn't work, I don't think we can help.
