  1. Not sure when the last update to wiki was done, but Chris's post in the thread below is the latest instructions and a little clearer.
  2. The instructions I posted are from Chris's post when he released the latest version of the firmware. I don't know if the wiki was updated to match, but if they are not the same, the instructions from my post should be followed, as they are the latest.
  3. Remember, for adding Zwave devices, you should first exclude, then include the device.
  4. Are you following these instructions:
  5. Read through the section of wiki starting here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#Update_and_Upgrade_All_the_Packages It starts by talking about using the multifunction button to trigger an update. It all's indicated the perfered method of updating by using the update packages button. However, if you can't get in, you won't be able to use that button. Reading a bit further, there are instructions for the finder not locating Polisy.
  6. ZigBee support will be added in near future, as per UD.
  7. By me, our local library will 3D print for you.
  8. Follow directions here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#ISY_Not_Found
  9. If you are upgrading from an ISY994 to Polisy with Zmatter, no you should not install the dongle first. Instead, flow these directions:
  10. Have you tried rebooting Polisy and trying again?
  11. Glad you got it working. By the way, you can do the same with the Node Server, along with a selection of different sounds.
  12. Any thing in the error log?
  13. Are you using the Pushover Node Server? If so, that's not what my NR address looks like.
  14. eisy is not designed to manually set the IP related settings. It currently only works with DHCP. You need to upgrade to the latest version before doing anything else. Take a backup and then press upgrade packages.
  15. Which is why I posted from the user guide how to troubleshoot your problem. Did you follow the procedure and what were your findings? If you are reluctant to troubleshoot this yourself, you can open a support ticket with UD.
  16. You can troubleshoot with the User Guide starting here: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Eisy:User_Guide#Can't_Find_eisy Also, after the address is entered in the Launcher correctly, you can hit the save button and it will create a file of the address. You can then use the load button to import the file you previously saved with the correct address.
  17. As far as I know, what you followed is the oh way for now.
  18. To answer your other questions, yes ISY 994 is at end of life. She Polisy was to be the replacement, it was short lived do to supply chain shortages for parts to build it. Hence eisy was born, which all that's currently available.
  19. @Jimbo.Automates Take a look at Chris's last paragraph in the fist post of the link I provided below. I think it explains this.
  20. I think you would be better off picking up a small UPS at a place like Costco. They are still inexpensive and you get the benefit of power filtering. However, if you're using Insteon, don't plug the PLM in to it.
  21. This issue has nothing to do with Node Server. I had reported this issue on Polisy and UD confirmed it as a bug in the admin console. It was given a low priority status and remains uncorrected.
  22. If you are running dual monitors and the admin console is not visible when you open it, try following this: https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Admin_Console_Minimized/Invisible_and_Cannot_be_Restored
  23. Faulty power supply?
  24. Has the Portal ever shown it connected? Have you successfully gone through the steps of adding trial license and approval?
