Same for me in zwave version with my sy and 300 series zwave board. Are you using zwave plus version? As I move to eisy, trying to decide if the original zwave version of locks work well with the zmatter board.

Thanks. I’ll look at the wired power Serena line with Caseta control so I can leverage all that’s been done here. Before Insteon came back from the dead, I was looking at radio ra3 as long term replacement but that’s back burner for now.

I want to explore Lutron honeycomb shades with good local control and ability to control via eisy/ISY. @bpwwer as you are node server royalty and appear to use these products, do you have suggestions? Are Serena Architectural Honeycomb Shades good product? I want good shades and good interface to control it. Does Radio ra2 factor in here for control as it was looking like next great thing from Lutron?

I saw a posting by someone that Chris at UDI had located issue with the Schlage locks and it would be fixed in next release.

You can buy remote controls for many fans and then add the bond hub as a controller. Example below. The bond Node Server provided home automation control support. I have fans like this and control the light and fan from one keypadlinc. The fan is hardwired as on in the switch box and gets all control via mixed scenes of bond NS nodes and Insteon nodes. The issue is a slight delay from button press to action. Sorry, I’m confused. How did you access zwave devices in the ISY994 if the zooz stick was in the Polisy?

I’ve got 2 of those locks. Did you have a UD 500 series zwave board in ISY994 and migrate it to EISY or a 300 series zwave and reset and add to EISY?

When ISY adjust a scene, it sets their status based on what is commanded not feedback from the devices meAning the actual status and ISY status may not be in sync. When a scene is controlled locally, I see them individually sending in their status as an update to PLM and hence ISY.

http://xxx.xxx.x.xx/admin.jnlp should create a link on a windows desktop that you can launch. Make sure you turn on security within Java to run via browser.

Remove it from the scene and add it back to same scene as a controller.

I’ve kept around an access point to troubleshoot issues. If you have one plug it in same outlet. Then press button on appliancelinc and see if led blinks. If do move it further away. Will tell you if it is transmitting.

That’s where I’m at with 300 zwave and it works great but the move from 4.9.0 to 5.0.16C is more than just a simple install. There are several steps involved. I wrote( as well as others ) a guide that’s on here somewhere.

@Goose66 I upgraded and now it says disconnected. Clicking on log button in Node Server gets error Failed to get log file. I suspected but after seeing this photo, I feel the right course is to snap off half of board. It’s scored and by visual inspection there are not electrical traces. I’ll wait to see if others chime in.

Hi, I received Eisy and enclosure today! Got folks in town and several events so won’t be able to consider full setup for a couple weeks. I can cram all contents into the enclosure but wanted to see if there was a picture of the recommend layout to maximize use and prevent issues from bending cables or interference between cables in relation to chips etc.

I’ve been watching because I use a lot of IR control in 3 rooms via my Universal Remotes. Which Node Servers receive IR and control devices? The ones I see send IR.
