I moved an instance 2 weeks ago from a polisy to a eisy (internal zmatter to different usb zmater) 2 weeks ago and the restore fuction worked - no issues. I did have to do a reboot after installing the usb to get the zmatter as showing active. did you open s usb to confirm the antenna wires are connected ?

any chance you have the antennas swapped ?

There is a Node server that you can load on PG3X on the eIsy to make it control the vista 20 panel Called Envisalink-HW you add the Envisalink module to the panel and it acts like a keypad.

you can go into the alexa app and see if you have a button for skills. If you dont you have alexa + go to each alexa device and say "Alexa, end early access"

@bmercier @MNicholes additional info - I had to go to each Alexa unit at daughters house and tell it to revert to old Alexa. Most of the units replyed with It couldnt perform the operation since they wer not the units that had Alexa + enabled. When I finall found the one that had it enabled it reverted. This my origional question. If you purchase a new unit that has Alexa + installed, you introduce the issue and I do not know it the newer units allow you to revert

@bmercier that is correct. If any one or all are on Alexa + . As I said above, if you enable Alexa + on any unit, the alexa app no longer has a click box to show installed skills, It is replaced with "Alexa Programs"

@bmercier I just went through this at my daughters house. she was getting the no longer supported message when issueing commands. She was on V3 of the skill. It turned out ONE of her 5 echo's had the Alexa + skill , 4 did not but all responded with the message. removing it from the ONE made the message stop. In adddition, when the ONE was enabled, the Alexa App did not show skills, just alexa programs. Once removed, the App showed skills again. So... any alexa device on your account makes the skill anoying at best, useless at worst. I believe the newest Alexa devices only support Alexa +. does this mean ISY will not support the newer Devices, or will you look into supporting Alexa + ??

i had the issue the other day with adding a switch and it kept trying too add again Reboot fixed the issue

@Javi Just confirming, commissioning still had the permissions issue with 1.2.9 but adding a wifi plug via setup code worked flawlessly on IOS

i had issues withe the serial cables the RJ45 end was flakey replacing the end fixed the issue. One didn't work at all the other worked intermittently

its not internet speed and no virus scanner enabled Everything works BUT the screen doesnt refresh unless I close the AC and re-open as an example I did a zwave synchronize on a remote system nothing happened 5 minutes later a box popped up saying interviewing zw49 then nothing 30 minutes later i closed AC and restarted The interview had completed I open event viewer on remote box, it opens and no activity I should note the remote boxes are on lower versions 5.3.4, 5.6.2

I have multiple Polisy devices remote and when I connect to them via cloud have issues. Everything comes up fine, but adding devices happens, but the AC doesnt update without a logout / login both zwave and Insteon the pop up boxes and activities show up on a local session but not via remote to the cloud Happens on 3 different Win11 machines. Have cleared cache, loaded latest etc. Works fine on cloud access to local machines Has anyone else tried ? seen this issue ?
