  1. Just to be on the safe side...... Did you do a 'save' after deleting the program ?
  2. 8070..... I get it. Now I used 443 and it works. THANKS
  3. Michel : "............ Enter the IP address:Port of your ISY but, instead, prefix with https. For instance, if your ISY's IP address is 192.168.0.26 and HTTPS Port for your ISY is 8226 (Admin Console | Configuration | Network), then enter https://192.168.0.26:8226 ..............." I have tried this but get message that ISY Finder can not find it. (Of course I have used my own url)
  4. I have had the Google Wifi router almost since it came out, without problems with my ISY. Two comments : 1. Google provides excellent support for the GWF. There is a phone link on https://store.google.com/us/product/google_wifi_support?hl=en-US (Click on 'Help' on bottom of page). 2. The secondary 'pucks' of GW can be very useful when adding a Zwave device that may be too far from the ISY. several times I have connected my ISY to one of the GWF 'pucks' close to the new device. Once the device 'included', I move the ISY back to its regular place and perform a Heal.
  5. Question : I "manage" my own ISY, as well as the one at my Son's home through ISY Portal. Currently they both run on 5.0.12 . If I upgrade both to 5.0.13 but only change the dongle on my own ISY, will I still be able to manage the other ISY with same Administrative Console ?
  6. Personally I totally agree, but of course Michel should think about price elasticity and find the right price level for the maximum number of subscribers, collectively giving the highest possible total revenue. In the meantime what we all can do is give ISY visibility on the web wherever Zwave and Insteon are covered. When I review Zwave devices on Amazon or elsewhere I always mention ISY as the best hub.
  7. Just for info, I control my curtains in Google Home with Open and Close, using a Google Home App Shortcut

UDI is a great company with superb customer support. If you are looking for bargains then maybe you should for another solution.
  9. Wes, I assume that you refer to ISY Portal. I access ISY Portal both on a Windows 10 Computer and on a MAC, usually using the Chrome browser, and do not experience the issues that you describe. Have you tried changing browser ?
  10. ISY Administrative Console
  11. I installed a Schlage lock in my Son's condo, connected to an entirely ZWave ISY network. It works perfectly. You can open and close through the AC and Mobilinc Pro and in the AC you can add (change/delete) access codes. The only weakness is that you can not program for a specific entry code only to work at specified times. This is useful for babysitter etc.
  12. Thanks Michel, Interesting. Since a few weeks I do indeed also manage my Son's ISY through his ISY Portal account. These are different ISY's with each their own ISY Portal account, But anyway I can synch by asking GH "synch devices". So it is not a big deal.
  13. You are a wise man....
  14. I have a new issue.... When I click on 'send spoken to Google Home' icon, I get the following error message : Error sending your spokens. Google home API returned: PERMISSION_DENIED The caller does not have permission It is not a big issue as I can also sync my ISY Portal with Google Home by asking GH 'sync my devices'. Nevertheless I'd like to understand why I get that error message.
  15. Thanks larryllix, I understand your point but some communication takes place when asking GH to activate "Monday". I was hoping for Benoit to delve into this question.
  16. I tried both your suggestion and mine, but same result...... Program Monday is enabled after I click on any program and then then on Monday...... Very weird.
  17. Yes I have a spare plugin switch and I also thought of that idea, IF Switch X is ON THEN Program Monday is enabled..... That is also your suggestion ? I will try tomorrow morning, but if it were to work then I would need 7 (for each day) spare switches.....
  18. (1) I created a program with (only) THEN enable (program) Monday, but when asking GH to turn ON Monday, GH responds "Sure activating the Monday" but the program was not enabled. Nothing happened either in event Viewer. As a matter of fact I wonder whether what I want is even possible as normally when enabling a program it must be saved. Maybe Benoit has an idea ? (2) Something weird happens though..... When asking GH to turn on or to activate "Monday", and then I click on the name of any program in the Administrative Console, and then click on the Monday program, the 'enable' changes to checked with apparently no need to save. However if I do not click on the "Monday, the 'enable' appears as not checked.
  19. I have programs to wake me up in the mornings with lights switching on. As I don't have the same schedule every day, I have one program for Monday, one for Tuesday etc. and change the times of these wake-up programs as needed. As with all ISY programs, these day programs need to be enabled to work. I just added these programs to Google Home in ISY Portal and noticed something interesting. When I tell Google Home to turn on Monday, the program turns green in my Administrative Console, but 'enable' remains unchecked. What is the meaning of the Program icon turning green without the 'enable' being checked ? I tried asking Google Home to 'enable' Monday, but the 'enable' command was not recognized by GH. Does the green icon mean that the 'Monday' program will be executed, even without the 'enable' checked ?
  20. I have expressed this concern for a long while but quite some people in this forum remain strong believers in Insteon. Unless Smarthome's new owner decides to make major investments in Insteon, it is likely to fade away. Of course one day Zwave will be obsolete as well but for the foreseeable future Zwave will be a winner. The big advantage of ISY is that you don't need to ditch your Insteon devices but you should consider using Zwave for new devices .
  21. I use "kitchen main", "kitchen fan" and "kitchen fan lamp" without any problem, and I believe that when I use "kitchen" only, all kitchen devices respond. With regards to synching between ISY Portal and GH, an alternative method is to tell GH "synch devices". In my case, GH responds with "ok synching devices for Universal Devices, Samsung smart home and Nest".
  22. I do not have that problem. My Google Home understand the difference between "kitchen main", "kitchen fan" and "kitchen fan lamp". However when I say "kitchen" only I believe that everything goes on .
  23. Thanks Benoit
