  1. @Goose66 Installed three sets of Allen + Roth shades today and the Bond hub picked the up the shades with no issues also the Bond Plugin talks to them without any problems. My question it there are three commands in the Bond app Open Stop and Close. The AC only has two commands Open and Close. Can the Stop command be picked up by the Bond plugin?? Thank you
  2. @KentinadaFrom experience not sure if it is in a WIKI someplace. I picked it up from reading posts in the UD Forums. A Zwave device can only be included in one network so if it was previously owned and returned by a customer or if Factory did a test on it and did not remove it properly it would still have the old network in it so it is best to always start with an exclusion first.
  3. Did you do a factory reset or exclusion on the device before trying to include it. Tht is recommended even on new Zwave devices.
  4. @Mike M I use Shelly RGBW2 controllers with generic strips With the shelly plugin. All works great I have not had any problems. Very reliable...
  5. Getting the following error when selecting My Notifications in UD Mobile. I open the app and select "My Home Connected" then select "My Notifications" it returns: {Successful":false,"errorCode"404,"errorName":"errorMessage":" This uuid is not an eisy uuid":"data":null} .404. I have verified my EISY UUID in portal. app version 1.1.53 also had the error with app version 1.1.41. Thank you
  6. @TUhl01 I see it but that does not mean the developer is aware it is there. Not all developers babysit this forum. Just trying to help you out.
  7. @TUhl01 Did you send the log to the developer?? That is the best way to make sure they get it...
  8. Power down, eject the SD Card and take a pencil erasure and clean the contacts on the SD card. Reinsert the SD card if the errors still appear replace the SD card with a high quality card.
  9. @Goose66 I too am interested in a Nest Plugin.....
  10. @cosyn Sorry I am not a coder of any type so I can not give you any advise on how to change your programs on Eisy maybe some one else will chime in. My only way would be to update each one at a time....
  11. @cosynThis information is from the readme section of the plugin store for Timedata and may be contributing to your problem.... "There have been some changes made during the migration to PG3. In particular, some node ids have changed. This means that when using variable substitution, some updates to your Configuration/Customizations may be required. For instance, the "timedata" node was renamed to "controller", so instead of: ${sys.node.n007_timedata.GV5}, the script needs to be: ${sys.node.n007_controller.GV5}"

    yes...
  13. @dblee1950 Here is one example, I use temperature to set the speed of a ceiling fan in my bedroom at night. Bedroom Fan Off 65° AC On Ambient - [ID 009D][Parent 0065] If From 9:00:00PM To 9:00:00AM (next day) And 'AC Temps / Liv Rm AC Supply Tempature' Temperature < 70.0°F And 'Ambient Weather / main' Temperature >= 67.0°F Then Set 'Bedroom / Bed Room Fan Switch' Off Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') I also use rain accumulation to set irrigation on or off. Lawn Sprinkler On AM - [ID 00D5][Parent 0075] If On Sat, Wed From 4:30:00AM To 7:30:00AM (same day) And 'Ambient Weather / main' Rain (weekly) <= 0.750 Inches Then Set 'Outside / Lawn Sprinkler' On Else Set 'Outside / Lawn Sprinkler' Fast Off
  14. @dblee1950 did you get your api key from Ambient and enter that into the configuration in PG3?? That is the only way it will look at your weather station. Once you get connected all your sensors will show up in AC....
  15. tlightne replied to Kentinada's topic in Push
@Kentinada You are correct I do not use the push plugin. I just do all my notifications with the Notification Plugin... Sorry about the confusion..
  16. When you powered down the Polisy did you also unplug power and wait the 10+ seconds? If still not connecting then I suggest you open a ticket with UD support..
  17. tlightne replied to Kentinada's topic in Push
Yes mine do. Did you save it? Did you close AC and log back into AC?
  18. tlightne replied to Kentinada's topic in Push
I do mine in the AC by clicking on Configuration then emails/notifications then costume content. Be sure to save it when done at the bottom of the custom configuration tab screen.
  19. You might want to add the Plugin Developer to this to get a quicker response. @Jimbo.Automates
  20. @Ross To upgrade go to the PG3 dashboard and select plugin store and select the plugin you want to upgrade, click on install and then click on to reinstall here in the same slot.
  21. tlightne replied to bmercier's topic in UD Portal
@chris.com I always start my forum look by selecting all activity that way when I or others are having issues they all come up in a list. A quick scroll will show you what is going on. Just a suggestion...
  22. Never mind my previous post this is a Zigbee device according to Aoetec ... So add it with the Zigbee tab in AC...
  23. @Michaelv Go to AC and click on the ZWAVE tab Then click on add ZWAVE DEVICE in drop down menu You should see this: Put the motion sensor in inclusion mode and the Eisy should then see it and add it. It will take several seconds to get it added.
