  1. First it should be noted; there is no Insteon Network command for the Keypadlincs that can directly control the button LEDs so using a 'follow' scene is the only way it can be done. Keypadlinc LEDs will need to be added as responders in the 'follow' scene. Now on with the program; this scheduled program is intended to keep those keypadlinc LEDs correct each day just in case they somehow get changed. First I created two scenes with all the non-load non-toggle keypadlinc buttons, one scene for the On LEDs and one scene for the Off LEDs. Inside Off LEDs - Scene Family Main © Night Off Master Main ( Bed Off Master Main © Rest Of House Off Inside On LEDs - Scene Family Main (A) Evening Time Family Main ( Movie Time Master Main (A) Bed Time Network Keypadlinc LEDs Reset - Schedule Program Then I created this program that launches at 2:59am (so I don't conflict with my 3:00am network query) to update the LEDs. It launches each day and resets all the non-toggle button LEDs to their defaults for my setup. If Time is 2:59:00AM Then Set Scene 'Inside Off LEDs' Off Set Scene 'Inside On LEDs' On
  2. Thats cool, I will check after the 2.5 release.
  3. That is great news! I can't wait to test it out.
  4. The hard part is you can't tell a program is NULLed so when the links/scenes are rebuilt and then you check your programs it looks as if they would continue to work as before. Could the NULLed programs be marked in some way so the user knows they need attention or better yet could they re-sync with the programs if the device is brought back into the system? Otherwise it just looks like a bug in the ISY because not all users (especially new users) have the history to understand the problem.
  5. Very hard to reproduce, I have not seen this bug in a while now.
  6. Updated this to resolved, has been added to 2.4.12 beta drop.
  7. Not sure about the status of this suggestion. It would be a very nice addition, I have come across many times it would be useful.
  8. Not sure about the status on this suggestion.
  9. Updating status on this topic; still in 2.4.12 beta drop.
  10. I tested this a bunch of ways and I think this is now fixed now. What do you think Rand?
  11. Looks like its fixed in 2.4.12 thanks guys.
  12. I had to redo my keypadlinc in the bedroom again because somehow it lost all links and restore devices would not work. Anyways I found while doing this that after getting the device all its scenes unlinked and relinked finished that the programs still were in tact with the keypadlinc references still in them. But any of the programs that had the original keypadlinc reference in them did not function correctly. I had to remove and reinsert the keypadlinc into each program it was a part of to get all the programs working again. I am wondering when a device/scene is removed that all programs should have a cleanup routine done on them to make sure that any stale references are cleaned up.
  13. Rand, Ok its time to get out FRAPs (FRAPs may only work with DirectX programs) or some screen recorder and record the screen as you do this so there is a movie of whats going on.
  14. Oh did not have all the details, forgive me please.
  15. This as far as I know the LED follows after an All On/Off call has been working for quite a while. I think that was the KPL workaround that was released in 2.3 firmware. And you can take it a step further and have the All Lights button LED update when any light in the scene is turned on with the first program from this thread. That way the All button is ready to toggle the lights in the correct direction. Full All Lights LED control at your finger tips.
  16. I see it functions as it was built but I can't link it to my All Lights scene in the ISY.
  17. Cool, how do I setup the All On and All Off buttons then?
  18. One gotcha I could think of though is if you have "6 groups" linked to all those buttons and launch the All On and All Off you could not predict the outcome because you don't know what group has priority when they all lanuch at one time.
  19. The thought here is in the Controlinc the All On and All Off buttons are not linked to an actual group, they are internally launching all the six button linked groups. I am thinking more and maybe the 6th button would not be so hard to manage, because the ISY does keep a variable for each button, and it always "follows" the All On and All Off buttons of the Controlinc. Kind of like a Keypadlinc non-load button LEDs follow a group.
  20. Yeah that would be difficult to support.
  21. Thanks Chris for putting up this example!
  22. Oh the sixth link is not a direct link to the All On and All Off buttons. The All On and All Off buttons are triggering the sixth button in a remote fashion.
  23. Ooo good trick there Chris...Thanks! Mind if I add it to the program example area?
  24. May I ask why it's not supported?
  25. Do you mean I could map to the All On and All Off buttons to my All Scene by way of sixth linking? Michel is this possible to setup the Controlinc to link the “All On†and “All Off†to the ISY?
