giesen Posted May 18, 2017 Posted May 18, 2017 I get an error when I try to configure the ISY Portal Node Server. I logged into the portal, and then selected Tools > Node Server > Configuration. I click on the "Configure connection" button, get prompted with a popup that says "This will create a new ISY Node server connection using your current ISY Portal credentials. Are you sure?", I click Yes. I then receive another popup with "HTML error 400" (see attached screenshot). Quote

Michel Kohanim Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Hi giesen, The issue is that your username for the portal is way too long. I already responded to your ticket. With kind regards, Michel Quote
giesen Posted May 19, 2017 Posted May 19, 2017 Michel, Thanks for your help. I added a second username and it connected successfully. For those who may run into this in the future, the username (email address) is limited to 32 characters (FYI the one I was using was 35 characters - not exactly what I'd call way too long, but too long nevertheless). Would it make sense to maybe have the portal enforce a 32 character limit since the ISY can't handle longer than that anyways? Quote
