The password works on the ISY Portal, but when I try to log on to UD Mobile, I get "Error: Email and/or password is not valid."

Hi @alambertus, I'm sorry for the trouble. Please do the following to help us narrow the issue by adding your ISY with basic authentication. When prompted to user the ISY Portal select "cancel". Uncheck "Use ISY Portal for remote connections" Click the search icon to the right of Remote URL Login to ISY Portal Follow prompts to add ISY.
