ISY is offline

My ISY has been offline for a couple of hours. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

According to the portal It has been down since 8:40 pacific time.

OOF! I was pulling my hair out. I was doing some changes to my network last night so I fought it was on my end.

Same issue here. It's good to know through this forum that we all have the same problem ..... and that it's probably NOT with our systems.

Funny that the outage times are different. Mine has been off since 7:30:57 on 9/25

Same issue here. It reported down last night at around 9:08 (PDT).

Is UDI aware of the issue?

I have the same issue.  My Portal Integration - UDI shows "Offline" & "Registered".  My error log shows entries of "Sun 2021/09/26 01:34:16 AM    System    -140008    Portal-Dispatch:500"  since it went offline.

My portal is showing offline too! Since 11:19 pm Mountain time, Saturday night. Everything else is working fine. Posting this so I can follow and get updates. Is there also a better forum to post problems like this? I thought I saw the description say this forum is only for developers...?

On the new UD Mobile app, does anyone know if there's a way to flip-flop between portal connectivity and local network connectivity? It only seems to offer portal connectivity, right?

mine also says offline, I've trying uninstalling and installing, still  says offline.

Mine went offline this morning with this error message:

Everything works locally, but I have no access to "my ISY" through the portal and no "Amazon Echo" access.

Got up this morning, told Alexa "Good Morning" (which should turn on some lights) and she ignored me, almost like we were married.
