Zwave in program changes Status Value ... is this a BUG ?

Adding new ZWAVE switch's and found this issue when debugging a program ...

I added this [SWITCH] (not DIMMER) to a monitor PROGRAM, I did NOT notice the ISY promoted with STATUS in percentage  (There is a mix of ZW switches & dimmers)

When I went to edit the program, I found this discrepancy ...  the value NOW appears as ON / OFF as it should be in edit mode

Is this a BUG ? Firmware = 5.3.0

Since we don't know what the device is, we can't say if it's a bug or not. 

I'd remove the device and upgrade to 5.3.4 (since no one will fix an old firmware). Once upgraded, make sure you clear your Java cache and use the launcher from the 5.3.4 page. Double check to make sure that your firmware and UI matches then re-add the device.
