Isy on Polisy 5.4.0 issue with UD mobile

Issue with UD mobile. Noticed after updating that if I removed and added isy/Polisy again then it does not show status of devices. I have a isy994i that I can add/remove to my iPhone and works normally. 

i had my iPhone not working properly as above but iPad was fine which made me wonder. So I just removed the Polisy on iPad and added again and now is broken like the iPhone however sync didn’t affect it seems that I had to remove it first.

Did something get mixed up in this post? I am referring to UD mobile having issues and the responses here do not seem related. I posted here in this forum because was specific to UD mobile.

@kzborayThat is exactly where he posted.....Lol.   @briansProbably due to the title of your post. Also, No real mention of UD mobile in the 1st post, I can see where the confusion could occur.  @JaviShould be able to help.

I get the following error message when trying to use UD Mobile away from my WiFi.

I believe this problem started after updating to IoP 5.4.0.  I've applied the new UDX updates to take care of blinking lights on Polisy and I'm able to use UD Mobile without issue when connected to my WiFI.  My ISY Portal account is active and seems to be OK.  

Any thoughts?

@Javi,

The firmware update seems to fix my problem of being able to connect when off of wifi, but I'm still getting error messages, I think the same ones as before.  Seems odd.  I'll keep testing.

Check PG2 frontend for an update also, then reboot.  When disconnecting from WiFi or Mobile-Data an error may be shown as the subscription connection is lost. The subscription connection should be reestablished within a few seconds. Are you having multiple disconnects?

@Javi,

I was turning Wifi off while I was in the app, so I was probably seeing those disconnects.  When I walked far enough away from my house to lose Wifi naturally, opening the app worked fine without error.  Sorry for the false alarm.  Seems to be OK now.  All software is up to date.  Thanks for the details.  UD Mobile is a great app.  I'm looking forward to some of the other updates coming.
