As of this morning, Alexa seems unable to connect to any of my Insteon scenes.

I had thought that by moving to an ISY994i, I'd get around Insteon's awful hub issues, but that appears not to be the case.

Anyone have a workaround yet?

EDIT: Y'all, I'm dumb. It was an unrelated Echo problem. I assumed it was related to today's Insteon shenanigans, but indeed it was not.

Mine are working as normal, but I've never had an Insteon hub involved in my setup in any way whatsoever.

No issues here today.

Have you've programmed your 'spokens' in your Portal?

I assume you've linked your Alexa app with 'ISY Optimized for Smarthome V3'?

Provide details. Firmware and UI. How do you have things set up. What process did you use. Saying it doesn't work doesn't provide any information for us to use to help you

My insteon hub is down, no connection, insteon community forums are down, does anyone else have issues?

Scratch this. I had an unrelated Echo problem that I simply assumed was related to the Insteon outage today. Integration via the Alexa app seems perfectly functional.

Since this thread is uneeded I'm going to ask @Geddy to close it.... Before it becomes a secondary insteon shut down thread... we already have enough of those discussions.

Can you advise whats going on with Insteon? I just factory reset my hub like an idiot.

They've shut down. No longer exist. Nothing we can do here for hub users.

Your only recourse would be to purchase a polisy and the insteon USB stick 2448a7 (easily found on Amazon/eBay).

If you happen to have an instructor 2413s or 2413u you can use that with polisy as well.

I think @Geddyshould put the banner up letting hub users know insteon has shut down and we are unable to provide support for them. I've seen a couple of posts from hub users already.

would be nice to add a note with the plms that work with Polisy and link to buy polisy

I'm going to add here... for anyone using a 2245 Insteon HUB that hasn't yet factory reset it... DO NOT FACTORY RESET IT.

There's a reddit thread that indicates users can migrate to Home Assistant.  I don't know alot about it yet, but I will... my son's house is effected.  I order an rPi this morning to try what's been suggested.

I think we need to put it all into the smarthome section because it's going to keep coming no matter what we do....

It appears 2245 hub users can migrate to Home Assistant using that hub, but I haven't done it yet.

That would be good if they can. He could add that info as well. The Smarthome section would work but i figured a banner would stand out more and get their attention

How do you know they shut down?  My insteon hub and Alexa integration also stopped working last night.  If they've actually shut down in fact, that would be good to know.

Yes - ditto here.  And Insteon phone support appears down, too.  Constant busy.

I started a 2245 cloud server shut down thread in the Smarthome section... lets try to keep all 2245 cloud shut down discussion there.
