Having just read of this on staceyoniot.com, I haven't succeeded in searching out comment here on UDI. If someone could direct me to such a thread or care to comment here, please do. In particular I'm interested in confirmation and comment on what others may know or think about the current status of Smartlab's IP.

No one knows. It's all speculation. Did you actually try to search? The top 4 or 5 threads on this sub-forum is nothing but discussions of what you ask

Since you read the information already on that website, you can also ask there.

You don't have to use the forum search. You found this subforum and pretty much every post since they shut down has been about what you've asked and has been kept here. @Geddydid a fantastic job of keeping them organized here so you don't have to search. Choose any of the top 5 or 6 posts, start from the end, and you'll have the most recent information that people have speculated on.
