JP Posted March 5, 2023 Share Posted March 5, 2023 I am trying to open a support ticket and it will not "submit". I can not enter or click on the reCAPTCHA box. There is nothing flagged and there is no box unfilled or without a selection. Link to comment

If on mobile or tablet try clicking on Desktop Site in browser menu. Link to comment

If you get an automatic reply that a ticket has been generated then okay, but recently the email was removed as a method to generate a ticket due to site/system issues. Surprised the web is giving you issues. Do you run firewall or other web blockers that might be blocking something? Maybe try a incognito or private browser session. Link to comment
JP Posted March 6, 2023 Author Share Posted March 6, 2023 No this isn't a browser issue, I had to click on reCAPTCHA boxes in other web pages yesterday without a problem. Thanks for everyone's suggestions but I figured out my problem so I don't have to open support ticket now. Link to comment
