Just installed 3 Sensibo units on my Mitsubishi split system.  They work great.  However, notifications in the UD mobile show "Sinsibo (2) Connected" with a date stamp and the Polisy uuid AND "Sensibo (2) Failed" with the same date stamp and the Polisy uuid.   I get about 20 to 30 of these connect-disconnect notifications daily.

Events in the AC event viewer with the same date stamp show:

Wed 10/11/2023 09:25:27 AM : [n002_9qcdag4m   ]   CLIHUM 722 (uom=51 prec=1)

Wed 10/11/2023 09:25:27 AM : [n002_9qcdag4m   ]      GV1  52 (uom=57 prec=0)

Wed 10/11/2023 09:25:27 AM : [n002_lsu9xanv   ]      GV1  20 (uom=57 prec=0)

I am not sure if this is related or not.

Anyone have this issue?  Any suggestions?

Thanks

Mark

The node server is getting terminated (Disconnected), and hopefully restarted (Connected) automatically.  A good place to look for the an error is the Node Server's log.  This may also happen for a short period after firmware upgrade, node server upgrade/install/uninstall or reboot.

Being as this is not related to UD Mobile, @Geddy can we move this to PG3 or Sensibo subforum.

Screen shot from my phone attached.

At this point I am not allowing notifications from the nodes  see attached.

Found nothing in error log.

From time to time this also happens with the Ecobee node.

Appreciate any other suggestions.
