just updated UD Mobile to 1.1.35 on two iPhones and app is badly broken

both are iPhones - one iPhone 14 on iOS 16.6.1  the other iPhone 11 pro max on iOS 16.6.1

updated the iPhone 14 first and 2 problems exist

1) the favorites icons are no longer formatted on the screen propery

2) when turning a device on - the device goes on but the app doesn't show that it's on so you can't turn it off.  If you go back one screen and then return to the screen with the device you just turned on, it shows on and can be turned off.

INTERESTING TO NOTE: the iphone 11 wasn't updated and was fine and showed the light status properly.  However once updated, the iPhone 11 exhibits the same bad behaviors

Can I go back to the previous UD Mobiule version?

Thanks for the report,  I'm submitting version 1.1.36 now which should correct most of the issues.  Note that Favorites have been completely rebuilt to accommodate custom views so some things may be slightly different.

If the device are scenes, it is fixed in 1.1.37, which has already been submitted for review. This was reported earlier this morning.

They aren't scenes.  They are scene controllers but they are not scenes.

Am on 1.1.37... all my formatting, which I spent hours on through different screens is now all messed up.. 

Cells that are two wide, wont let a one wide appear next to it. so everything is now offset and pushed down. 

 

I hope you un fix whatever has happened.

Please send me a PM or open a ticket and include the UDM backup file and I will take a look.  If using a ticket the file must be zipped before attaching.

Someone else sent a backup with the same issue. Will update as soon as I locate the issue.

Favorites cell widths fixed in version 1.1.38, will submit by end of day.

Right after activating the Wifi option on the eisy my wife's UD mobile is acting similar to what is described above.  Both our phones login under the same account.  My UD mobile works, but her UD mobile does not on her phone.  Delete , re-installed, and repeat.  Does not function properly (e.g. Icon not indicating whether a device is on or off.  When I am able to turn a device on, I cannot turn it off.  Very odd.  Happened right after turning on Wifi option on eisy and only one phone.

On the device which is not working go to Settings-Tab > Systems > your_system_name. 

Do you get an error message?

If not cancel any request to synchronize, then press the Test Remote Connection Button.

Thank you for your reply.  As soon as I got home last night I checked my wife's phone and EVERYTHING that was wrong all of a sudden was normal.  I spent hours on trouble shooting and 20 hours later no problem at all.  Thanks.
