matthewjocko Posted Friday at 09:43 PM Posted Friday at 09:43 PM I did the update and now my IoX seems bricked. It is not showing up in the Admin Console finder or is it being assigned an IP address through my router. I am able to access it through https://eisy.local:8443/desc only. When I do I get a long error message. I have attached a picture of the message below. I also tried factory resetting it by pushing the button 10 times then 5 and nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated! Quote

Techman Posted Friday at 10:33 PM Posted Friday at 10:33 PM (edited) @matthewjocko After the update did you clear your java cache and download a new IoX Launcher? What was your firmware version prior to updating? Edited Friday at 11:25 PM by Techman Quote

SSH does not work I tried a second reboot but still not working. 3 hours ago, Techman said: @matthewjocko After the update did you clear your java cache and download a new IoX Launcher? paulbates Posted Saturday at 06:50 PM Posted Saturday at 06:50 PM (edited) This happens occasionally with major upgrades. The best bet is to use UDI's responsive support: universal-devices.com/my-tickets/ Edited Saturday at 06:58 PM by paulbates 1 Quote
Geddy Posted Saturday at 10:09 PM Posted Saturday at 10:09 PM @matthewjocko you posted the same thing in three places….getting help from others and then you’ve opened a support ticket…consolidated all replies into this thread (in case replies seem out of sorts) so the help you get from others can be streamlined. Since you’ve opened a support ticket please post here what happens to resolve your issue so that it might help others down the line. 1 Quote
