eisy portal issue

I just got around to migrating to the eisy.  Thought I transferred over my license after I clicked trial.  But getting error message.

@diggler did you follow the directions from the eisy migration process?

What's the error that you're getting?

Ultimately, if you've followed the migration path and it still isn't happening opening a support ticket as @paulbates suggests is the best method to complete the process. But it should work fairly easily.

I followed it, but still wont give me access.
