Configuration - Portals - Portal Integration Error

Featured Replies

When I click on this sequence "Configuration" -> "Portals" to show Portal Integration, I get the error message shown in the screenshot.

Everything works perfectly with my system including Alexa and Elk integration and time module.

I am on same network as my EISY. I think some information showed here once upon a time. I don't think I used this screen for important information but I'd like to find out how to have everything working correctly with the app.

Have you updated eisy and UD Mobile this week?

There was an issue with UD Mobile that I think has been recently corrected. Not sure if it was the UDX for eisy that was updated this week, or a recent UD Mobile app update, but it has been fixed for me.

Yes. I updated everything within the last week or so. Running IOX / UI version 6.03 and PG3 version 3.4.5

My PG3 error log does have many errors like these from today but I have no idea why:

Sat 2025/12/06 09:58:01 AM System -170001 <s:Envelope><s:Body><u:GetSystemStatus xmlns:u="urn:udi-com:service:X_IoX_Service:1"></u:GetSystemStatus></s:Body></s:Envelope>

Check that you are running udx (v4.2.0).

You can check by running https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt

Make sure you are running the latest version of UD Mobile.

Thanks for the link to make it easy - udx is 4.2.0

UD Mobile is current version 1.4.7

Did system reboot twice - no change / same error

Try turning off wifi and connecting only over cell data. That should go away. I tested and had same result while I was on local network. Disconnected from the network and it refreshed just fine.

@Geddy Thank you for your suggestion.

Tried turning off wifi and I didn't get the error message I posted above. I do get a spinning blue and then an error - (ERROR - The request timed out).

I guess since all the devices and programs work properly I'll just not worry about it as it appears there's nothing I can do on the user side to prevent either error for that page.

Yeah, I see what you're talking about. I get the error too.

What is it you're trying to do with that setting option?

If things are working then I wouldn't think that's a setting that needs to be adjusted.

Since it is an error though you might want to open a ticket with UD so it gets @Javi's attention. It might be a bug, but I'm not sure why that setting is needed as I cannot recall ever wanting/needing to click on that. More than likely it's a remnant of how admin console used to approve the Portal request. It might just be a part of old layout that isn't needed now that eisy-ui is coming along and will handle portal requests differently.

@DennisC

I don't think it is necessarily related to the "Invalid Credential" error. However, all this happened after I recently updated my eisy IOX and everything else.

Thank you for your help in finding that post. I appreciate it.
