UD Mobile Sync issues

Featured Replies

The latest Android release, 1.5.2, is not properly syncing with 6.0.3

i.e. programs are not updating, and where there should be text options, only numbers appear

Do you get synchronization errors? Any other errors?

Have you synchronized? There should have been a message about synchronization being required in one of the last few versions.

No synchronization errors, no other errors

The synchronization time seems to be a lot shorter than before

I've run synchronization several times with the same results. This appears to have happened after the last UDM update

I'm still running 5.9.1 on my eisy, but I did get a message in UD Mobile telling me to synchronize. Until I did that, my custom icons weren't displaying, I was seeing all light bulbs. Now back to normal after doing a sync

UDM 1.52 on Android Eisy 6.0.3. None of my Zwaver devices show status in UDM also I can not operate any Zwave switches in UDM when I go to the device dashboard the only thing that showed up is device name everything else is missing. I restored to an older backup and everything was there until I did a sync.

When was the last time you ran upgrade packages?

I have another post that talks about this issue and around beginning of December, and update to udx corrected the problem.

I suggest upgrading packages, reboot when instructed, and after everything is up and running, an UD Mobile sync. Before syncing UD Mobile make sure you are on latest version.

If on the latest versions please open a ticket.

Not sure, aside from missing status values does a screenshot show the issue? If you have multiple controllers have all been synchronized?

@Techman This has been an ongoing issue since 6.0.

Elk plug in was doing the same. Then it fixed, and now is broken again.

Also, remote connections thru UDI servers also are having problems reporting status of devices, unless the dashboard is opened (basically a query). This is a known problem @Javi is working on.

Local connections though, my zwaves are reporting correctly. Are you on EISYUI 0.8.5? Run https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt and then scroll down and see if you have:

eisyui-0.8.5

Name : eisyui

Version : 0.8.5

If not, try the following: open AC, run upgrade packages, verify you have 0.8.5 and then back at UDM, do a backup and then do a sync and see if it solves your problem.
