UD Mobile errors after updating to OS 14.4

Featured Replies

Hi @Javi , I see these errors on sync after installing the major update today.

They don’t seem to be causing any functionality issues.

Can you help me understand what they are?

Thanks!

I'm not terribly technical, but my update went fine, took about 20 minutes to get the reboot dialog. Slick and quick!

I have the same type of error with insteon devices upon sync. Other than that have not had any issues with the upgrade with the exception of not being able to use the java app. I retrieved the newest app from the site but get the error "this version of the admin console is not compatible etc.". The admin console I downloaded is 6.0.5. Has the java been deprecated already?

Disregard on the java app. went into the java console and deleted the apps. Thought I had checked the box earlier. All good with that.

You need to clear the java cache before getting back into it. The error you're getting is indication of that. Be sure you select all 3 boxes in the process. If on Windows look for "Configure Java" -> "Settings" -> "Delete Files"
