Thursday at 11:24 PM5 days I have IoX setup at my church controlling all the HVAC and lights. There are a bunch of people who I want to give access to the system, but setting them up is a bit of a hassle. No way in the world they are going to do a reasonably good job at setting up their own favorites. So, would it be a good idea to backup my own personal UD mobile, then create a UD mobile profile that is good for the church, then backup that profile and restore it to each person's phone? Then restore my own profile back to my phone. Also, do backed up profiles on an Android recover to an Apple?

Friday at 10:47 AM5 days I recommend using eisy-ui going forward. If it is the same 'user' any changes made to favorites will propagate to all users. Until we have an eisy-ui mobile app just open directly with link. We are in the process of verifying mobile compatibility, most of the newer pages are mobile compatible, some of the older pages may require horizontal scroll/zoom/etc.Release notes for 1.3.8 - eisy can now be accessed remotely at https://{uuid-no-colon}.isy.io

At some point it would move into maintenance only, just meaning no new features, bug fixes and required app store updates/certs/etc updates. Some of the newer implantations in eisy-ui, like any Protocol Page (Insteon/Zwave/etc), already have both desktop and mobile implementations and size correctly on any screen size, some of the older screens need to be reworked for this requirement, including favorites. The issue with UDM is it supports much of the legacy hardware/firmware and most data is hosted from within the app (due to limited memory on ISY994), So it is very difficult to implement new features without breaking for legacy users. Due to the same memory limitations in ISY994, UDM required a separate app backup and synchronization both huge pain points. All of this is solved in eisy-ui and any mobile wrapper.
