Saturday at 09:01 PM5 days How do I get a UDM favorite to update its state variable in real time. Currently it seems to update primarily when I open the favorite dashboard. It appears that the first time I open UDM the state variables are correct, Later when I close and then open UDM the variables are still at the original settings when I first opened UDM Edited Sunday at 07:02 PM5 days by Techman

I believe if you go to Settings-Controllers and scroll down after selecting your controller (if you have more than one), you should see Programs and Variables. I believe I recall there being a setting there.
Sunday at 02:26 AM5 days Author I had looked at that setting a few days ago and it was enabled. I'm thinking it may be a bug in UDM

Sunday at 04:14 PM5 days Author @JaviI checked again and UDM variables option is checked in UDM. It's on an AndroidCould it be something in an Android recent system update that's interfering with the UDM updates. Other than the state variables not updating UDM is working fine. The state variables show correctly when I first open UDM. When I close and then open UDM later in the day the variables have not updated. If I open the device dashboard in UDM the variables will update. Edited Sunday at 07:07 PM5 days by Techman
Monday at 02:55 AM4 days Maybe try restarting both phone and your UD device. Not sure if it would help, but I would also synchronize UD Mobile.

With setting off, no status at startup, with setting on status is shown at startup. Before any other debugging options, I recommend restarting both the phone and eisy. We have no other reports of this being an issue, so not sure of any possible causes.
Monday at 03:00 PM4 days Author I had previously rebooted both. I'll keep an eye on it for the next few days. Thanks
Monday at 07:17 PM4 days Author @Javi It appears that the the State variable value in the UDM node tree is always correct. The State variable value in the device dashboard seems to only update when I click on it which in turn updates the Favorite.I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling UDM, it didn't resolve the problem
Monday at 09:37 PM3 days Author @Javi Here's the program and the variable setup. I enclosed admin console as it's eaiser to read
Monday at 10:07 PM3 days Author @Javi This is the favorite for Office temperature. I'm displaying the variable not the node, could that be the issue? Edited Monday at 10:16 PM3 days by Techman
Tuesday at 02:23 PM3 days Everything looks good, Do both of these return without errors? /rest/vars/get/1/rest/vars/get/2
Tuesday at 02:52 PM3 days Thinking about this again, do you have customizations for this variable. It could be overwriting value

If the value is shown without opening the variables dashboard in the variable list in UD Mobile. Then something is blocking showing the value.

Tuesday at 10:44 PM2 days Author @Javi I just got an Android message that UDM was problematic and that it was putting the app into deep sleep mode. I took it out of deep sleep and now the Favorite state values appear to be updating in real time.I'm thinking that maybe one of the favorites got corrupted and that it's affecting the favorite page from updating. Rather than taking anymore of your time I'll watch it for a few days to see it's updating correctly.
Tuesday at 11:05 PM2 days Author @Javi Here's the message from Android, not sure what caused it. UDM never crashed or showed signs of a problem.
Wednesday at 04:53 PM2 days Usually related to Android Killing the UDM service before UDM had time to close itself.
