Is this reboot EISY only? I have a Polisy and it did not reboot and everything is working normally. Just wondering since it didn't reboot was the update unsuccessful for me?

When including, are there different options like S0, S2 authenticate etc? Can you un-select S2?

There is discussion in the 5.5.9 support thread about limited support for i3. Not specific to the i3 paddle however. I suspect they will fix once they get the docs from Insteon.

You posting this gave me an idea... would be possible to use a Stream Deck as a super-charged KeypadLinc and run Automations off it. Yes, I watch a few HA Youtube channels and am starting to become envious of all the Zigbee options available, and in fact am more interested/excited about Zigbee now than Matter However there are issues with Zigbee (And Thread/Matter too) being in 2.4Ghz and interference that could alter my experience if I actually used. When (if?) I get my skyconnect USB for HA, I'll pickup a Zigbee device to experiment with.

I understand that Thread RF protocol is based off Zigbee, but there are differences . Matter runs on Ethernet (WiFi, wired LAN), and Thread. A Thread border router is used to communicate between these two different networks. From what I am reading, I get the impression that it should be possible to have an EISY, Polisy (anything running IoX) see Thread based matter devices without a ZMatter board, as long as you have a Thread border router of some sort... eg. my Apple Homepod Mini should allow this. I guess we will find out soon hopefully.

Oh ok, I am sure I seen somewhere way back that there was a possibility of enabling zigbee in meantime, while waiting for thread/matter firmware to get finalized.

I realize Thread/Matter support is coming sometime after March 2023, however there was mention about enabling Zibgee. I notice there are lots more Zigbee alternatives (and cheaper too) for Zigbee things like motion sensors, wall switches etc. than ZWave.

Note that when setting parameter 2/3 to 11 on ZMatter, it does not show as Barrier and Open or Closed like it did before on old ZWave. Instead it is shown as a Binary Door/Windows Sensor with On or Off. I used to have on Polisy with ZooZ USB and it did in fact show Open/Closed before as you said, but I noticed that it does not with ZMatter. Not really a big deal as long as it works I supposed.

I am in central BC and did not update time correctly, still an hour behind. Edit: After fiddling with it for a while, changing location other than my custom one, couple Polisy reboots due to IoX crashing etc. I got it working. Seems unnecessary for a simple DST update.

I had homebridge working on polisy but I used a different version since one that op posted had a lot of features removed like zwave support. Use port 8080 not 8443. Home assistant does a way better job for HomeKit with iox. I have been using it for a couple weeks and got rid of homebridge isy.

Oh ok, so no change really from before. I will hold off ordering one then, I was interested in the i3 dial but don't really need at this time.

Everything is working, had to clear java cache. Good thing Java didn't really take off and we are not running many java apps.... would suck to have to re-install ALL java applets each time clearing cache so IoX launcher works

Actually that is a good idea. Not sure how to add multiple users though, @Javiis there support for multiple accounts on UD Mobile? I think I sorta asked this for different reason a while back. I don't want other users to have access to everything in UD Mobile, just favorites.

I set it up on iOS and make a couple programs to notify me when I leave and when I arrive at home. Seems to work but sometimes I get more than one notification. I have the zone set to default 200m. It is neat, but not really sure what I would use this for.

I just tried the network resources on mine and works and it is the exact same as yours, but I use a Polisy so cannot confirm it works on ISY994i. However, I believe I have answered your original question that they do work on Polisy/EISY with ZMatter board, and support query. I also suspect that your reliability should be better, if not go away, because the ZMatter board has much better range than the 500 series board in ISY994i, which was not even as good as the Zooz USB dongle I used just previously.

I have one set to 10 and just checked and can query the binary sensor and binary switch nodes in programs. Actually the only option for a binary sensor is query in a program. I think before with Polisy and Zooz dongle, and ISY994i, it didn't support query on some nodes but now seems it does with ZMatter. I am on Polisy 5.5.7 Here is mine, I am only using one node sensor and renamed it, but you can see them all... I also Set Parameter 10 to 0 Set Parameter 11 to 0 This isolates the relays being triggered from the inputs To do a query with network resource you do a http GET to your ISY /rest/query/ZW055_001_104

What do you have settings for the relay parameters 2 and 3? I found that certain configurations (I think default) do not allow query in programs. I’ll check mine later and see if I can in its current configuration. However I worked around this before using network resources to query. My zen17 are reliable and update almost instantly.

Not sure what you mean by add PG3 to mobile. Maybe post a screenshot with error.

@macjeffthinking about this, maybe your issue is that some repeaters you have may not support beaming which could cause delays in your locks. Do you have any dedicated zwave repeaters? If so remove/disable them and see if resolves. With zmatter board the range is so good that typically don’t need them in an average house. However since it seemed to work fine before with zooz this doesn’t make sense really but worth a try and there could be a device that is hanging it up.
