  6. Hi klebel, The guide might be outdated. You should be able to set TLS1.2 and strength of All on all our models. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi klebel, If the portal tab shows offline then most probably the issue is related to your HTTPS client settings. Please make sure you use TLS1.2 with the Strength of All for HTTPS Client settings: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Network_Security With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hello everyone, ELK attached thermostats do NOT show up as thermostats in /rest/nodes. And, therefore, the portal cannot do anything with them. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi io_guy, This is not endless "writing". This is endless traffic from 11.CB.48 ... was that your EZIO? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello all, Please note that there are two modules for Echo: 1. Smart Home V2 : http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Instructions_for_Smart_Home_API 2. ISY Skill : http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Instructions_for_Alexa_Skill You only need the skill if you want to do more than what Smart Home V2 supports. If you don't want to use the skill, you can completely ignore the warning. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi nandor, Amazon restricted the use of open for security reasons. They mentioned that they were going to come up with a more secure solution for locks and security systems. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Kentinada, It's just an indication that that button can act as a controller. In the case of RLs, it's a controller only button. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Barry, If and only if Logitech would ever respond to our emails (sent 3 already)! With kind regards, Michel

  19. Hi Leon, Thanks for reporting #280. Please note that we are moving away from Java and thus any non critical bugs will have a very low priority for the Dashboard and less so for the Admin Console. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi stusviews, The problem is the combination of open and . Not just open/close. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Brandon, There are a lot of what ifs in your questions. We do have plan to migrate away from Java. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi dmazan, Thanks so very much! Definitely doable with one very major caveat: I am quite concerned that this will cause All On events! Here's the link to the issue: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=INSTEON_Random_All_On_Events I am just thinking out loud here. Let's take the concept of the alias and modify it a little. What if - and only in the UDAjax - we made a modification such that the scene status (on/off) would be on if any of the controllers in the scene are NOT off? I will have to talk to Benoit, but since this approach - just like yours - does not have any impact on the backend, it might be easier to accomplish and without any adverse impact such as All On. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Brandon, The application has nothing to do with browser support. You can always use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp which puts an icon on your desktop and which is browser independent. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hello everyone, We heard back from the Amazon team. It seems that "Open" is not supported because of security reasons. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi dmazan, Thank you for the clarifications. I think I am getting to understand. One more questions: "2. Same as if the scene is activated from the web interface. The scene is activated but the web interface doesn't show its status." Just to be clear, you would want the actual scene to be activated if and only if the alias is controlled from the web interface. Is this correct? Something like the following: If 'alias' is turned on then turn on the scene. If the alias is turned off, then turn off the scene. This way, the correct status for all the devices in the scene are reflected. Is this correct? With kind regards, Michel
