  1. Hi Teken, We did apply and was denied. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi Mark, Thanks so very much for the feedback. Yes, definitely an issue with dual band PLMs and older RemoteLincs. To be honest, I have never ever seen a successful installation when there are older access points and RF SignaLincs (with the antennas) in conjunction with dual band devices. It has always been a hit/miss. If you have many recent dual band devices, I strongly recommend getting rid of your access points and wireless SignaLincs (if you have any). This said, I do not think the RemoteLinc issue is related. With kind regards, Michel

    LOL! With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Frank, ISY queries the meter every few minutes and messages are retrieved when queried so that's what you see in the log. Please click on the Confirm button (if enabled). We have to remove the message popups in the Admin Console. That's a bug. The yellow blinking price means that ISY got a new price from the meter. So, that's the price that's being sent by PG&E. Is it correct? All, Thanks so very much for the feedback and excellent discussion. In CA we do have very many rates (7 tiers) which make things very difficult for customers. CPUC rule 15-007-01 tried to address these rates and they came up with 4 tier pricing with a super user (those who do not care or cannot reduce demand). What Frank is seeing is based on this new rate structure. What we proposed with RATES is: let the customers decide how much they want to use (i.e. one subscription price per month). With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Mark, Are these the big RemoteLincs or small ones? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Thank you Scott. This said, if this is indeed a bug (which we cannot reproduce), it would help us tremendously if we can do a remote session to your computer and figure out what it is so that it can be fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Scott, We are trying to "fix" the issue you're having in the most efficient way. Do you want it fixed? If so, then please submit a ticket. If not, then I am not sure what else to say. Hopefully I will not be blamed for ignoring your requests. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Chuck, Unfortunately not. We are still waiting for them to certify our V2 API submission (includes thermostats). With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello all, Detroit with -4 offset definitely a bug and already fixed. This said, please note that what you see on the screen is a hint. You can always choose offset, latitude, longitude, and day light saving rule. Scott, this is getting way out of hand and I really cannot make any sense out of it. Please submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Scott, Are both UI and Firmware 4.4.6? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Frank, Questions: 1. What is your ISY's firmware version? 2. These are messages that are sent by PG&E. They are "text" and thus ISY does not translate/transform them in any way, shape, or form. So, you might want to check /rest/emeter/message/log to see all the messages that are sent to you 3. Also, can you please test the Dashboard (instead of the Admin Console)? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi kzboray, If you are running a computer (or RPi), you can use Polyglot: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/111-polyglot/ http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18655-polyglot-nest-nodeserver/ With kind regards, Michel
  13. MrTinker, There's only one option: 1. Put the button inside a scene 2. Create a program that turns on/off the scene based on the state of the State Variable With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi marksidell, It's definitely related to firewall/anti-virus software (it could be windows firewall). Although fixed, what I recommend is: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Use the icon on your desktop generated from http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp 3. When you see ISY Finder, click on the Add button and use https://your-isy-ip-address ... If this fixes the issue, then definitely firewall related: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Configure_Firewall_Software With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi MrTinker, The problem is that you are using Control in your programs. Control events are sent based solely on physical activity on the switch. You might want to use status instead BUT this may not work since, if the status of a device is on and you keep turning it on, the program will not run. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi bugby, Please please please make sure your UI and Firmware versions are 4.4.6. If not, please upgrade to 4.4.6 and then clear your Java cache and use the following link (to ensure you have 4.4.6 UI): http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello everyone, This is the poll that Teken is referring to: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/15103-insteon-feature-options-support-poll/page-?mode=show I do urge everyone to read all the pages as it seems there's probably a misunderstanding somewhere in the posts above. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Scott, Please click on Change Location button and attach the screenshot. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Mark, I think it's related to your UI version and old cache files. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Please either attach a screenshot of Change Location dialog or send it to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Mark, Please look at the left Nav bar and check for devices with '!' next to them. If they are unplugged, right mouse click and then choose Disable. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Mark, Can you move up the dialog behind the first one (on the top)? Also, you have to make sure that you have cleared your Java cache and you are using: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/amdin.jnlp ... this will put an icon on your desktop which you need to use instead of browser. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Steve, If ISY is always going to be on line, you can have a program that queries a specific device and then use "is not Responding" condition for that device. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi MarkJames, Please makes sure that device is on the powerline and can be communicated with. If you have many of these devices that are not communicating, then the best thing to do would be to move the PLM to an outlet that's not shared with other power supplies and transformers. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Scott, Click on Change Location button and from the drop down choose the location you are in. Alternatively, you can click on Day Light Saving Rule and choose how you want ISY handle day light saving. With kind regards, Michel
