  1. Hi Michael, Sorry for not being clear: Amazon Echo server does NOT like wildcards (not our servers). With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi guys, So very sorry: Amazon does not accept wildcard certs so we had to put back the original my.isy.io. We'll do a redirect. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi heyphets, Thanks so very much for the report. We do indeed have a wildcard certificate you should not have this problem. We'll take a look. With kind regards, Michel
  4. I shall keep everyone posted with anything we hear back from Amazon. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi all, Sincere apologies: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18744-04-11-2016-615-am-est-the-portal-appears-to-be-down/?do=findComment&comment=174214 With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hello everyone, We went through the logs and there were two instances of 100% CPU utilization and major network activity between 4:50 and 5:50 AM and then again 9:50 and 11:50 AM UTC. Upon checking the logs, they were both related to Amazon doing auto discovery. Upon further investigation, it turned out - for some reason - Amazon Auto discovery was going against non-existing accounts (should not happen) which caused an exception which was not caught. A fix has already been put in. We shall monitor closely and make sure everything is running smoothly. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Thank you all. Just sent the list to our contact at Amazon. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Chuck, Thanks so very much! Included them on the list! With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi James, thank you and good to hear! With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi James, 1. What URL are you posting to? 2. Do you have Preferred ISY set in My Profile (my.isy.io/top right corner)? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Thank you. I have saved the updates. Any others? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi sloop, What you need to do is to have multiple Amazon accounts and multiple ISY Portal accounts: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY_Portal_Amazon_Echo_Integration#Instructions_for_using_Multiple_Echos_Connected_Home Then you put a DOT or Echo in each room tied to specific Amazon Accounts. With kind regards, Michel
  13. cyberk, At the moment, and unfortunately so, it would not be possible without using programs. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Chuck, Unfortunately I really do not know the answer to any of these questions. Please append to the end of this list: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1arLBHc7-ffvjyXiSJ-TyZB9d7TrkVA0aXXjSurcrpGM With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi isyrocks! Unfortunately you are not alone. It seems that they have removed a few words and no one really knows what those are. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hello all, We submitted our app. Waiting for approval. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi Tim, No not yet. Looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi cyberk, Yes, correct. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Chuck, Unfortunately I have no idea. This said, if you we can compile a list of all the names that Echo has problems with, then I would be delighted to send it to our contact at Amazon and see what they say. Perhaps a Google Doc? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi badvector, Exactly: if you want them to act independently, then you need multiple Echo accounts and then on the Portal you need sub accounts for each one of those. If NOT, then you don't need anything else. Just configure them to your main account. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hello everyone, We were just given access to the V2 API and Amazon is setting up our account. It may take a few more days. I am speculating, but I think all the changes on the Amazon side have caused all these disturbances. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hello everyone, Most definitely related to Amazon changing to V2 version of their APIs. We are looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi slooplinc, Definitely authorization related. You need to figure out how to include Basic Authorization headers in your requests to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Rich, DSC Plugin is currently only available on RPi: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/58-automation-shack/ . NEST, require Polyglot but, currently, it's for developers only: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/111-polyglot/ Hi builder, thanks so very much for your input. I appreciate it very much. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi RichP, Thanks so very much for your interest. As much as we would love you to have an ISY, if you wish to have native integration with Nest and DSC, then ISY would not be the right choice for you since both need an RPi in the middle. Sorry. With kind regards, Michel
