  4. Hi mapeter, These are reserved words that cannot be used by any connected device (unfortunately). With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi Non Sequor, In that case, the issue is either of the following: 1. The cable to the router 2. The router port 3. ISY If you have tried 1 and 2, please contact sales@universal-devices.com for an RMA. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi stusviews, What operating system are you on? I did have the same issue with one customer and the issue was the persistent Amazon cookies on the browser (MAC). Had to log out of all Amazon accounts (even though you might not be logged in, the cookie stays there for your name), close ALL the browsers, and then do it one at a time. Repeat the same procedure for the second account. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi rehills, It should be coming but I am afraid to give it any ETA after all the missed dates for 5.0.3! In short, 5.0.3 is the foundation upon which all of these will be implemented. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Non Sequor, I am so very sorry to hear. As Brian indicated, this is definitely networking related. If the lights on the Network jack are on (or blinking) without both turning OFF at the same time, then the issue is definitely not ISY hardware related. If you have a mini USB to USB cable and a Windows computer, we can login to your computer and see what ISY is complaining about. Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello all, Sincere apologies. This was a bug introduced when we added support for multiple Echo accounts. It's now fixed. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi whywork, No problem. Today we added support for multiple echos. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi ccclapp, Aren't there volume up/down commands? With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Pascal, thanks so very much for the feedback. Hi GT, THANK YOU! With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Harold, Please do submit a ticket so that we can see what's going on. It seems that the issue is related to noise/signal (or defective devices). My first recommendation in these cases is to plug in the PLM into an outlet that's not shared by other power supplies and transformers. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi MWareman, Thanks SO very much! With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi Pascal, My pleasure. Please do not hesitate to contact our tech support in case we can be of further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Pascal, Welcome to the forum. I assure you that there are no bugs. If you cannot backup/restore anything on a MAC, there are only 3 possibilities: 1. When initially installed, perhaps permissions were not accepted (Permissions to run Admin Console published by Universal Devices) 2. You should use http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp(do not use the browser/Applet plugin) 3. A firewall software that blocks communications with ISY What I suggest: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Restore Security Prompts (Java Console | Security | Restore Security Prompts) 3. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp- make sure you accept the certificate In all cases, you are welcome to contact our support and we'd be delighted to get to the bottom of it. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi IanSmith, In addition to excellent feedback from jerlands: 1. Make sure the program actually ran (Program tab | Summary ... Last Runtime) 2. Make sure there are no comm errors (Admin Console | Login ... check whether or not you have any ! next to any of your devices) 3. To check your logs, you don't need to configure anything: Admin Console | Tools | Log With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi stusviews, Sincere apologies for the misinformation. I had completely forgotten that we had tied echo accounts to ISY's UUID within the main account (for performance reasons) and not sub accounts. Let me see what it takes to untie them without having a major impact on performance. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Scyto, The first step is to use Alexa app and make sure Alexa heard you correctly. If it did, then next step is to login to Admin Console | Configuration | Portal and then check and see if ISY is online. If that's also OK, then check the error log for communication errors with the portal. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Tim, I might be wrong but I do not think MobiLinc direct connection ever worked with Geo Fencing as it requires MobiLinc Connect service. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Matt, Please submit a ticket and we'd be delighted to help. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Matt, 1. Please clear your Java cache (http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml) 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Harold, Auto Discover should find devices as old as 2007. So, if you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support. With kind regards, Michel
