  1. Hi Frank, Questions: 1. What is your ISY's firmware version? 2. These are messages that are sent by PG&E. They are "text" and thus ISY does not translate/transform them in any way, shape, or form. So, you might want to check /rest/emeter/message/log to see all the messages that are sent to you 3. Also, can you please test the Dashboard (instead of the Admin Console)? With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi kzboray, If you are running a computer (or RPi), you can use Polyglot: http://forum.universal-devices.com/forum/111-polyglot/ http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/18655-polyglot-nest-nodeserver/ With kind regards, Michel
  3. MrTinker, There's only one option: 1. Put the button inside a scene 2. Create a program that turns on/off the scene based on the state of the State Variable With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi marksidell, It's definitely related to firewall/anti-virus software (it could be windows firewall). Although fixed, what I recommend is: 1. Clear your Java cache 2. Use the icon on your desktop generated from http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp 3. When you see ISY Finder, click on the Add button and use https://your-isy-ip-address ... If this fixes the issue, then definitely firewall related: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Configure_Firewall_Software With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi MrTinker, The problem is that you are using Control in your programs. Control events are sent based solely on physical activity on the switch. You might want to use status instead BUT this may not work since, if the status of a device is on and you keep turning it on, the program will not run. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi bugby, Please please please make sure your UI and Firmware versions are 4.4.6. If not, please upgrade to 4.4.6 and then clear your Java cache and use the following link (to ensure you have 4.4.6 UI): http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hello everyone, This is the poll that Teken is referring to: http://forum.universal-devices.com/topic/15103-insteon-feature-options-support-poll/page-?mode=show I do urge everyone to read all the pages as it seems there's probably a misunderstanding somewhere in the posts above. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Scott, Please click on Change Location button and attach the screenshot. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Mark, I think it's related to your UI version and old cache files. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Please either attach a screenshot of Change Location dialog or send it to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Mark, Please look at the left Nav bar and check for devices with '!' next to them. If they are unplugged, right mouse click and then choose Disable. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Mark, Can you move up the dialog behind the first one (on the top)? Also, you have to make sure that you have cleared your Java cache and you are using: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/amdin.jnlp ... this will put an icon on your desktop which you need to use instead of browser. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Steve, If ISY is always going to be on line, you can have a program that queries a specific device and then use "is not Responding" condition for that device. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi MarkJames, Please makes sure that device is on the powerline and can be communicated with. If you have many of these devices that are not communicating, then the best thing to do would be to move the PLM to an outlet that's not shared with other power supplies and transformers. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Scott, Click on Change Location button and from the drop down choose the location you are in. Alternatively, you can click on Day Light Saving Rule and choose how you want ISY handle day light saving. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Wingsy, First of all, I am so very sorry to hear about all the problems you have been having. Before considering these events as All On/Off events, please do take a look at your Tools | Log as it will have enough information to let you know: 1. Whether or not these devices were turned on/off 2. Who turned them on/off (last column: user) 3. What events preceded these With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi sdcrane, Unfortunately not. We keep getting intermittent emails that it's imminent but nothing materializes. Again, for us, we have everything tested and working with the test end point. They just have to switch the end points (of course, everyone might have rediscover devices). With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi Teken, Zigbee 3.0 is supposed to do that but I have not yet seen any devices with 3.0. With kind reagrds, Michel
  19. Hi robandcathy, Teken is 100% correct! 1) You don't need anything else except the daughter card 2) You must make sure your utility allows you to join the HAN 3) You cannot control anything else with the Zigbee dongle With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi larryllix, This is excellent news especially since it's running on 5.0.4. Thanks again so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Rob, Thank you. Definitely looking into it. With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Rob, Yes. Please do make sure you are NOT using the secure port. With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi larryllix, This is more than fantastic. Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  24. TheFallenAngel, Are you certain that you have the latest? The old UI's certificate expired so you can no longer run it. What I would do is: 1. Clear Java cache AND delete all the certificates in Java Console (under Security tab) AND remove all the sites on the Exception list 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/admin.jnlp 3. Make sure you are asked whether or not you trust "Universal Devices, Inc." ... you might want to check the option that makes your decision permanent With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi TheFallenAngel, You do NOT need anything in the exception list. On your notebook, admin.jnlp goes into the download folder. You will have to go there and click it before anything happens. With kind regards, Michel
