  1. Hi Kevin, Unfortunately not in 4.x.x branch. Perhaps in 5.x.x branch. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hello everyone, I can reproduce it here. The problem seems to be that Java temp files are deleted and there seems to be no way to change the directory to which they are saved. Still looking and will keep everyone informed. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Craig, Thanks so very much. Fixed and will be available in 4.3.2 hopefully by the end of next week. With kind regards, Michel

  7. Hi Mike, Teken is correct: you do need ISY994i ZS Series. Please do make sure that you have the latest firmware. If not, please let us know so that we can also upgrade the Zigbee radio. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Craig, 1. Billing information is not available in substitution variables 2. Today and Yesterday is what the meter reports. The charts you see for Today/Yesterday are ISY calculations (current total kWh - last total kWh). In ideal situation where the meter actually reports Today/Yesterday, what ISY calculates should be very close to what meter reports With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hello everyone, The position requires Java cache to be enabled. Also another cause for this issue is related to security prompt not having been accepted. Resetting Java security settings usually fixes this issue. Kaphely, Haven't you been contacted yet? With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Kaphley, I am so very sorry to hear. Would you be kind enough to submit a Ticket so that we can take care of this issue more expeditiously? With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi Philbo86, Are you a developer type? If so our 5.0 alpha should help. This said you still need their API. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi smokegrub, If you are not a developer, I do not recommend playing with 5.0 (just released today) as of yet. The upgrade should be seamless. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi kaphely, I am so very sorry to hear. Please take a look at this article (http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Troubleshooting_Help#MAC_OSX) under ISY Finder does not find ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi LeeG, thank you. Hi smokegrub, With the introduction of 5.0, an ISY can be a node server and thus all its nodes immediately available in another ISY. 5.0 alpha should be out today (hopefully; we keep finding bugs). The ISY node server is not in our first release but definitely tested and working. Just need to debug a little more before releasing. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hi ldrinc, -140002 = connection timed out (http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages#System_Errors) . You might want to try and increase the timeout OR make sure that the port/IP are correct. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi Josshe, All On/All Off is an INSTEON/X10 concept which should be renamed. If you are NOT planning to ever use INSTEON, then please do let me know (support@universal-devices.com) and I'll send you a link to Z-Wave only firmware which will allow you to put Z-Wave devices in scenes and not be prompted by the request failed issue. Please note that this is a one way street and you might not be able to go back to INSTEON/Z-Wave firmware. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi MWoods329, We are still waiting. If you can send a wireshark capture of how this is done from your computer, it'll make things much easier. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi o2bnme, If you have time right now for a remote session, please send an email to support@universal-devices.com. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi o2bnme, What are you using for the path? With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi Teken, Thank you. Hi Josshe, We'll start back on Z-WAVE next week. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi binaryman, What's your ISY's firmware version? Are you certain ISY is not in safe mode? With kind regards, Michel
  22. Michel Kohanim replied to mrobles's topic in ISY994
Hi mrobles, Have you swapped a Zigbee with Z-Wave? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi metal450, Thank you. Just to recap: this is an issue if and only if you access your ISY through your domain but not locally? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Mike, Can you send me the output? With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi jruben4, Understood. This said, can you please let me know the use cases for which you would be using IFTTT? With kind regards, Michel
