  1. Hi pmhgeneral, With respect to the city, it was not reproducible. Have you tried entering Scranton (instead of using Locate Me)? With respect to time, this is absolutely not normal: 1. Please go to Configuration | System, under Clock, make sure you synch with NTP server. You should not have to synch with your computer's time 2. If your time still drifts more than a few seconds per day, then please send your Tools | Error Log to support@universal-devices.com In all cases, please do make sure your firmware is 4.2.18 or above. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Hi fasttimes, Not with REST but you can do it with Web Services. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Hi Tom, This is amazing. Thanks so very much! With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi dbwarner5, The main issue is that ISY programs depend on accurate times and cannot work with variables (yet). Furthermore, you would need different programs for each. The best method would be to wait for our 5.0 which allows you to assign values to Wait through Variables. This way, you can have something like: If From Sunrise For 3 hours Then Wait $wake_up_time ... This way, all you need is option 1 (or you can use MobiLinc to set those variables) and then have the program run. You cannot use Network Resources to send wake up time to ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi zstowe21, Thank you. Please do not hesitate to submit a ticket. I suspect either IP change or back level firmware. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi fahrvergnuugen, LeeG is correct. You might want to do instead is to either use DIM or BRT commands (you will need to have a loop in your code) or use BMAN/1 (Fade Up Start), BMAN/0 (Fade Down Start) and followed by SMAN (Fade Stop). You can use a timer in your code to issue SMAN. In short, two calls: one to start fading up/down and one to stop fading. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi fahrvergnuugen, 1. Group = Scene 2. You need to create scenes within ISY and not outside of ISY 2a. http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:How-To_Guide#Scenes 2b. Video instructions: If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below) and we'd be delighted to walk you through it. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Hi Scyto, Of course. I am open to anything that will make things easier to configure. With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi aa9876, Unfortunately we cannot natively support NEST since we are not allowed to use their APIs since we also do energy management and demand response. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hi Zack, I am so very sorry to hear. If you are using a bookmark, please use the following URL instead: http://isy.universal-devices.com/994i/4.2.23/admin.jnlp If that does not work, please reboot and observe the pattern of the lights on the front of the unit. 1. If error light blinks, then the SD Card is either corrupt or not seated properly. Please try reseating the SD Card and then reboot ISY 2. If erro/mem lights blink simultaneously then the issue is network related. Make sure there's no IP conflict If all else fails, please do not hesitate to contact our tech support (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi panzer948, If you are still having problems please don't hesitate to contact our tech support. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hi Justin, Unfortunately not because the process is so resource intensive that all programs will stop. Things get worse when there are rf devices in the mix. In short I strongly believe that it will make things worse. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Hi Scyto, Not related. This said I strongly recommend contacting our tech support so that we can better help you. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Scyto, Yes of course. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello chris932, May I humbly suggest that you contact our tech support? With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi auger66, In that case I would suspect the KPL is not writing links. A good but obtrusive test is to factory reset the KPL and then do another restore. With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hi auger66, If the PLM was replaced and ISY not rebooted, then PLM restore does not do much. With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hello rkhakhar, There are no errors as far as I can see. As Techman suggested, please clear your Java cache and then retry. If you are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact our tech support team (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Xathros, Thank you. Very much looking forward to it. Do you have UPnP enabled in your ISY? I do not think this is UPnP related. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hello Todd C, Please make sure your programs are NOT in a folder with conditions that might be false. If the folder condition is false, then none of the programs run in that folder will ever run. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Xathros, Thanks so very much. I looked for -101 in the code and I did find it!!! It the webserver running out of sockets. So, I still think that you are being hacked (or something is bombarding ISY). With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Wingsy, Would you be kind enough to contact our support? With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Xathros, Is it -101 or perhaps it's -101xx : http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Errors_And_Error_Messages I think your system being in being hacked. The best thing to do would be to turn debugging on do that at the least we can get the source IP address. Has anything changed in your network? With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi Scyto, We keep removing it but the generated alerts cause major havoc. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi Scyto, You have no idea how much I appreciate this post. We spent over half a day trying to figure out the cause thinking it was related to ISY. Wireshark and all! Thank you! With kind regards, Michel
