  1. Hi matapan, First, it only works on certain firmware level of certain thermostats. So if you get errors then perhaps your thermostat firmware does not support this feature. This button allows you to configure thermostat schedules inside the thermostat. With kind regards, Michel
  2. 50-50, Unfortunately Mike gave you the wrong firmware which requires a different UI: https://isy.universal-devices.com/994/4.2.18/admin.jnlp. Note there is no i after 994. With kind regards, Michel
  3. Waketech, We are working on it. I just can't give you a firm date. With kind regards, Michel
  4. Hi Charles, Stusviews is correct. As you mentioned In think what may have happened is that the device for unplugged before you disabled it add within that span of time something tried to communicate with it an this the error. Now the only way you can get rid of that error is to plug the device back in, enable it in ISY, disable it, and then unplug it. Or you can reboot ISY. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Hi all, No unfortunately it does not. As Michael mentioned to be eligible as a nest partner we have to abandon everything we have done in the field of demand response. With kind regards, Michel
  6. Thank you, Now they should send out heartbeat events. With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi MustangChris04, This is a very hard question to answer. As I mentioned different levels of firmware for the same device support different options most of which are not documented. We have been burnt before by doing reverse engineering and thus causing mass confusion when certain things work for some people but not others. Examples are setting time and schedules on thermostats, heartbeat on TriggerLincs, KPL sub buttons controlling the on level for the main, etc. At the end of the day everything boils down to how much resources should we expend on supporting a feature request and how many users would it impact. Perhaps you might want start a poll for a SPECIFIC feature on a SPECIFIC device and let's see the demand. Teken, I do not follow. Again, my issue is with your usage of "bug" to refer to a feature request. That's it. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Teken, Please do not change the topic. All I said was that I take issue with calling a feature request a bug. Period. With kind regards, Michel
  9. All, Few changes that we just recently became privy to: 1. The original open close sensor is discontinued. This device supported both heartbeat as well as low bat 2. Original TriggerLinc with firmware version 40 and above was renamed to Open Close Sensor 3. The new Open Close sensor does NOT support low bat This said, if you recently purchased an Open Close sensor or if the firmware version shows more than 39 it is probably identified as a TriggerLinc in ISY. You need to remove it from ISY , install 4.2.21 and then link it back. With kind regards , Michel
  10. LeeG, as always thank you. Teken, please post a screenshot of options you used to have. As far as I know KPLs don't have the options button. Further it seems that you are under the impression that we have to implement everything including things that don't exist anymore. Of course you are entitled to your opinions and wishes but I do take issue with labeling those as bugs. With kind regards, Michel
  11. Hi bfish, You might want to contact SmartHome tech support and if that fails, please don't hesitate to contact us. With kind regards, Michel Hi bfish, You might want to contact SmartHome tech support and if that fails, please don't hesitate to contact us. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Sajata, If you have problems getting into the admin console please contact our tech support team. With kind regards, Michel
  13. Teken, What bug? SmartHome has acceaa to a list of firmware versions based on which thwy decide to display some featu. We don't have access to those and can't start guessing. For those devices for which these options are included in the docs we have implemented them. With kind regards, Michel
  14. Hi Davonavo, Please sumbit a ticket (links below). With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hell all, We did actually have one of our customers connected to ComEd with no issues. With kind regards, Michel
  16. Hi stusviews, ISY reports exactly what the thermostat reports divided by two. This is for INSTEON thermostats only. Did you query the thermostat? With kind regards, Michel
  17. Hello tycoonbob, From what I see in the picture, what you have looks like an engineering sample and not our production Z-Wave dongle. i am not at all sure who this guy is/was but it's definitely not a production unit. I wouldn't even dare say that it may work since it probably has a very old boot loader which does not allow certain functions. For the rest of your questions, Teken is right on! With kind regards, Michel
  18. Hi MaddBomber83, I suspect your ISY's IP address changed and that your firewall software is blocking ISY from publishing events to the Admin Console. You might want to try accessing ISY using https and see if that helps. If it does, then it's a firewall issue and you need to put ISY in the trusted zone/whitelist in your firewall. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Grizzy, My pleasure and please do not hesitate to ask any questions you have. The limitation is based on available RAM. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Hi ddaggett1, Unfortunately not. This said, once you use the command it shows you the default/min/max (if applicable). All configurations are saved in the SD Card and not volatile. With kind regards, michel
  21. Hello hart2hart, The main question is whether or not the variables are being changed or the programs are being executed some other way. I would slightly change your program: Control x is Switched on Or Control y is Switched on This program is evaluated every time so, in case x is switched off and then y is switched off within 10 seconds, then the program will stop in the Wait. You might want to consider: If ( Control X is Switched On And Control X is not Switched Off) Or ( Control Y is Switched On And Control Y is not Switched Off) Then ... With kind regards, Michel
  22. Hi Grizzy, - Scenes are nodes in the device tree - Programs are those under Programs tab What is memory related? No, you can have as many lines in the programs as you would like. For # of nodes, you can do Tools | Topology Fro # of programs, it's the number of programs In the past 9 years, there was only one instance where someone needed more than a 1000 programs. So, I wouldn't worry about it. No, they are pre-allocated and reused. No. Configuration files + Web Server files + [user Defined] Web files. Yes, you can change it but I am not sure it would have any benefits unless you want to use ISY for storage. Here are the instructions: http://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Replacing/Formatting_an_SD_Card Not really a good analogy! With kind regards, Michel
  23. Hi Perry, I am so very sorry to hear. You are correct: you might have set the same port for both http and https. The only solution is to factory reset ISY and then restore a good backup. And, please do not hesitate to contact us in case we can be of any further assistance. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Hi rebel, I am happy to report that this feature will be included in the next build. It will basically be Copy to Clipboard for all programs. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Hi rebel, Definitely on our list. With kind regards, Michel
