  1. Eddie, Thanks so very much for the update ... MD5 is a great idea. With kind regards, Michel
  2. Eddie, Thanks so very much for the update. I do very much hope that you are right. Please do keep us posted as we take any "crash" quite seriously and would like to have it diagnosed and remedied as soon as possible. Thanks again, With kind regards,
  3. Hi Dave, Thanks again for the update ... we do NOT use WML at all. I think this is all pointing to the gateway between ISY and your BB. I am unsure as to what we can do next since our BB emulator works fine (probably since it does not go through a gateway). Do you have any suggestions? With kind regards, Michel
  4. Dave, It is indeed quite perplexing ... I suspect it has to do with the gateway expecting something from ISY and not receiving it. With kind regards, Michel
  5. Dave, Precisely: If we "know" it's a mobile device, then we do NOT send: 1. Admin Console 2. Javascript used to close the browser when you close the Admin Console So, if you do NOT see the Admin Console in either case then the problem is NOT the user-agent since ISY has correctly identified your device as BB. Do you get the Admin Console link in both cases? With kind regards, Michel
  6. Hi Eddie, Thanks so very much for the update. Now, I am almost certain that the problem is network related: if the ERR/MEM light are on (10 seconds on/10 seconds off) then it means that ISY could not get a DHCP address from the router. This has been reported especially with Airport routers and, as such, I suspect you are going to have the same problem again. Release 2.6.5 may alleviate this problem to some degree (keeps trying and will never give up) but eventually there will come a time when the Airport just refuses to give an IP address to ISY. We are still trying to figure out the cause. Do you know what's your DHCP lease time? With kind regards, Michel
  7. Hi Dave, user agent is a field in HTTP requests which identifies the type of device making the request. We use this field to figure out if the requester is a mobile device. With kind regards, Michel
  8. Mark, Thanks so very much ... With kind regards, Michel
  9. Hi Ron, This is quite interesting ... in both cases - and if we have the user agent correct - we do not add any JS in the resulting HTML. We search for RIM to make sure if the device is BB- it is possible that the user agent for David's and your BB does not include RIM. With kind regards, Michel
  10. Hello Eddie, I am so very sorry to hear this and we'll do our best to get it resolved as soon as possible. Are you sure it's a solid ERR light and NOT ERR/MEM light turning on/off every 10 seconds? There are no paths in the code which keep the ERR light on constantly; there are, however, the following: 1. Error light blinks every 10 seconds -- File system problem 2. Error/Mem lights blink every 10 seconds -- DHCP/network problem Would you be kind enough to let me know if what you are experiencing is one of the above cases? Also, just to be on the safe side, if you could configure your ISY with static IP address then we can rule out #2. With apologies for the inconvenience, With kind regards, Michel
  11. C Martin, How about the INSTEON thermostat itself? Not that inexpensive but it would surely do the job. With kind regards, Michel
  12. Hello Tyler Electric, Please read this post: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewtopic.php?t=1264 at the end of which there's a solution. With kind regards, Michel
  13. bhlonewolf, Please see my comments below. With kind regards, Michel The status is predicted by ISY and thus no query is done unless explicitly issued by the user. I am not sure I understand what you mean by "extended on the ISY" ... you can have 300-1000 programs (depending on the model) all of which could have multiple waits. Waits do NOT stop the execution of other programs nor ISY. They simply schedule the program to be run after the wait period.
  14. Hello mcrean, Column sorting is a native feature only available in Java 6 ... so, Java 6 is not even running in Firefox? That's a shame. To answer your question, when we started ISY, column sorting was not a feature and thus we implemented it ourselves. Unfortunately, it'll be a little difficult to do the same with programs without having to change a big portion of the table. If this is a necessity, then we will implement it but I must admit that it will not have a very high priority. With kind regards, Michel
  15. Hello bhlonewolf, Please see my comments below. With kind regards, Michel Yes Yes Not yet! Working on it but it has a low priority Thx!
  16. Mark, This is awesome! Thanks so very much and with kind regards, Michel
  17. Dave, Thanks so very much for sharing. I really do appreciate it. With kind regards, Michel
  18. James, Apart from the IR input capability (99i/IR) and extra memory on the PRO only, ISY-26 and 99i have the same exact functionality. 99i is the replacement for 26. With kind regards, Michel
  19. Hi Michael, If you have 2.6.4, then this really sounds like a timeout issue. Please try increasing the HTTPS timeout. With kind regards, Michel
  20. Dear Mr. Reed, Thanks so very much for taking the time and submitting this post. We do appreciate it. With kind regards, Michel
  21. Hi Michael, Do get this consistently and in the same manner as Dave is experiencing? With kind regards, Michel
  22. AnthemAVM, Have you recently changed your firewall software? If so, please take a look at this forum for resolution: http://forum.universal-devices.com/viewforum.php?f=3 With kind regards, Michel
  23. Dave, My pleasure! Support for mobile devices is our top most priority. With kind regards, Michel
  24. Dave, Thanks so very much for the update. This is indeed very strange. I would really like to know if anyone else is experiencing these issues with BB. With kind regards, Michel
  25. Dave, This is indeed quite strange. Please do be kind enough to increase your HTTPS timeout in the shell (CWT) 50% and let me know the outcome. Thanks and with kind regards, Michel
