I just tried this. It works well except when I close the door it waits until the door is closed to turn the garage light on. That makes sense since the program is based on the sensor. I make make it based on the relay. Would that work?

Ok. I want to turn on my garage light for 10 minutes every time one of my two garage doors have changed state. How can I do this?

This is very interesting. I just bought mine a couple weeks ago but it only has 2 ACxmr, 2 Comm, and Zone 1 - 8. It doesn't have a pass through and I haven't seen an aux input. I would love to know more about this though.

Thanks for the reply. I did see that but the reviews aren't that great and I don't recall reading about anyone here using it. I may have to give it a try though. I'm really looking for other ways to turn off the sprinklers when it rains.

BTW, these worked very well. I created a template and cut them out with scissors. I highly recommend this method for remotelinc 2 labels.

I have 2 EZFloras. One has 4 zones being used and the other has 5 zones being used. I have the weather module but the closest weather station with an accurate rain gauge is still too far away from my house to get good results for my home. With that said, what other options do I have to turn off/delay my sprinkler programs due to rain at my home and used in conjunction with the ISY? Thanks!

Shoot I have 9 zones (4 on one EZFlora and 5 on the 2nd EZFlora). I would hate to have two remotelincs for this. What is the best way to control 9 zones? 2 remotelincs or 2 keypadlincs, or what? Maybe I could have a remotelinc and use the last button to toggle through the last 2 zones using a program or something. I'm not as familiar with keypadlincs so maybe it would be best to use those. Any ideas? Thanks!

I have read the associated documents with the EZFlora and didn't see how to control it locally. I have a sprinkler repairman coming to the house and he will need to turn the zones on and off locally. I wont be home to do turn the zones on and off via mobilinc or the ISY. How can he do this locally?

Thanks Lee! In case someone else is wondering the same thing. The answer is no. Both switches in a 3-way do not have to be dimmers.

I looked at the user guide but didn't see if it was ok to use one dimmer and one nondimmer in a 3 way switch.

For a 3-way switch do both switches have to be Insteon or can you leave one as a regular switch? If both must be Insteon and the light is dimmable does both switches have to be dimmers? Thanks!

Ok. I rebooted the ISY and it picked a different IP addy and seems to be working. I'm not sure if it will rotate IPs or if it is static though.

I bought a new router and have it set up. I have connected mobile devices and PCs. I can't get my ISY to connect to it for anything. It is trying to use the following IP address xxx.yyy.2.114 which is what it used on the old router. The new router has a range of xxx.xxx.1.2 to xxx.yyy.1.254. So my old IP isn't in the new router's range. It will not connect when I go to http://www.universal-devices.com/99i How do I get this straight? Thanks!

I think it was originally set to 2 seconds. Yes that is the only program moving the garage door. BTW, they worked great tonight but who knows how it will work tomorrow.

The momentary timeout value is 2 when the set options window first open but then quickly changes to 0. I'm using momentary C I just have a regular push button garage door opener. It just has an open/close button, light button, and a lock button. I think the lock button locks the door open or closed but not sure as I have never used it. Yes, I'm using the program in this post. Any suggestions?

What is the latch mode? Is that something with the IO linc or something to do with the garage door opener itself? It worked great for a couple weeks. Now it works most of thes time but sometimes just the garage door light comes on but doesn't close the door. Both of my garage door openers are doing this.
